Did not honor free oil changes that were part of the purchase from previous dealership owner. I understand how that may be difficult however we were never notified of this policy change, yet they were a purchase from previous dealership owner. When we inquired about the free oil change after service we were then notified they stopped honoring that service 6 days prior. I felt it bad business for their lack of consideration to keep a customer of 8 years. Too bad as they made some improvements for ease of online appointments and notifcation system. More
