A pleasure to deal with I have purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been a pleasure to work with. Sales reps have done a good job answering all my questions about the pickups, including calling Ford for answers to my hard questions. Their level of knowledge and friendliness far exceeded the dealers in my home town. Kieth in the service department is competent and good to work with. We have had a couple "bumps in the road" and they have made things right. My trucks are work trucks and Jess Ford always has a truck for me to use when mine is in for work so I don't have any down time. The other dealers I interviewed when I shopped around gave me the blank stare when I asked them about a truck to use when mine goes down. I'll keep driving 80 miles South to buy and service my pickups. By the way, the 2015 F450 is a big improvement over the 2014. Scott SNB Tools, inc More

In addition, they're incompetent repairmen, and when called-out on their poor performance, they become defensive and inundate the customer with excuses and a lack of accountability. Can't speak about the Sales Department, but I can say the service department at Jess Ford is a disaster. Since you can't have one without the other, I can NEVER recommend Jess Ford as an option to purchase a vehicle. In our specific case, Jess Ford lost the sale of a 2015 Shelby GT 500 because of the horrible service department... decided to go with the SRT-8 down the road instead. I doubt the sales department is happy to know that. You're only as good as the employees you hire. Jess Ford = Fail More

I just had the classic bait and switch attempted on me. I was quoted $40 over the phone (with the service man confirming with his supervisor) to have my oil changed and snow tires switched out. When I arrived they tried to charge me $100. When I explained that I had already been quoted $40 they became rude and hostile. More
