Extraordinary Service! Jess Ford has always given me good service and I use them a lot. Once I was in trouble and they gave me what I consider was above and beyond the call Jess Ford has always given me good service and I use them a lot. Once I was in trouble and they gave me what I consider was above and beyond the call of duty. I was buying cattle in Montana and hit a deer on highway 200 about an hour out of Great Falls, Montana. The radiator system was leaking badly, so not knowing the Ford dealer in that area or a tow truck I decided to call Jim Jess and ask for some phone numbers for help. He got the numbers but said he could have a man with a trailer to pick me and the truck up the next day at 2:00PM, and sure enough his man came and hauled my pickup and myself back to Pullman the next day. The cost was less than what I paid for my daughters car to be hauled back into Pullman after she rolled it 12 miles out of town. The service by Jess Ford was service I did not expect but it was a welcomed service that saved me at least 3 work days on the road or in the air getting my truck fixed in Montana getting it home.
