Great Service Hudson KIA has a fantastic service department. I actually live in another state and was in NJ taking a friend to the airport when my older model Kia s Hudson KIA has a fantastic service department. I actually live in another state and was in NJ taking a friend to the airport when my older model Kia started acting up. I didn't want to drive it home in case driving made the problem worse. Dropped it off on Sunday after Hudson Kia closed. Had never done business with them but I had few options. Dwayne the service manager did a great job of getting the parts ordered and installed (the car needed a few things done, which I knew), gave me a loaner for the period, was open to discounts, and had the car cleaned to boot. Amazing service. Really felt taken care of. Good service department is critical. More

Used Car experience I need to write a review about what I experienced with Hudson Kia. The price of the car was almost too good to be true! As we all know - when it see I need to write a review about what I experienced with Hudson Kia. The price of the car was almost too good to be true! As we all know - when it seems too good - there is a catch! I've been shopping for a car for the past 2 months. I've been to 7 dealerships. There is usually a dealer fee when buying a used car. BUT - never have I seen or experienced the fees that Hudson Kia has. I'm going to copy an email written to me by the sales manager: Fee totals will be the following: Your taxes Internet Fee - $295 Pre-delivery fee - $895 Documentation fee - $499.99 Plates and MV –$ 310.00 Subtotal - $1999.99 + applicable sales tax If not financed through dealership additional $795 Total : $2794.99 + applicable sales tax This was his response after I asked about fees! $2,794.99 in FEES! So..............the dealership is making almost $3,000 in fees - besides the money they made from the poor person who traded their car in (which usually is around $2,000). Please people - go else where when looking for a used car! More
