DO NOT GO HERE! I have never in my life taken the time to create an account to write a review, but i am horrified by my experience. I don't even want to leave one star but there is no other option. I spent all day waiting in the dealership and felt like I was forced into a lease instead of financing even after putting 8,000 in cash as my down payment.. I called multiple times to speak to the manager over the paperwork, and always receive the excuse that he is busy, and never calls back. Also my tint is scratched in the back window of my brand new car, they said they would follow up to replace it, but still no follow up back. I never received my spare key, my sd card for my navigation, or my license plate still and its days from a whole month. I had to drive all the way back for my bill of sale, and key when I live almost two hours away. I spoke to multiple other Kia dealerships and sat with one of their brokers, who told me my paperwork and down payment prices do not match up and my final paperwork was almost 3,600 over. When I placed my down payment I paid by a debit card and was told I had to split my $8,000 payment between kia and then drive to Luxe Autos office in bayonne to pay the rest. Other dealerships said I got played and I definetly feel that way. I am so upset with my purchase.. All of this chaos is driving me crazy, and makes me not want to enjoy my car. More

We are still awaiting our title and the inspection sticker. I have never had to pursue things like this before with any other dealer. They charge $300 to do the paperwork and we had no choice but to pay it. Where are these documents? Why do I have chase them down? Why were the license plates delivered without the inspection sticker? This is not what quality customer service looks like. Again, the sale went smoothly, but this kind of nonsense speaks to their attention to detail and tells me that we need to get our car serviced elsewhere. And no, we wouldn't recommend them. Not a lot of competition, though. More
