I regret dealing with this people , their customers relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for the 5 times services and my car was 55,000 miles then ,have called this people twice to book an appointment they keep on giving me excuses I have to paid somewhere else to service my car what is the essence of paying then to you guys , when ever I called for servicing they either gave you 3weeks appointment are you guys expecting me to leave my Car not driving for that 3 weeks ? Now my car mileage is 72,000 plus and they still done have space for just for ordinary oil change this is crazy . I regretted I left Heritage and join jerry very bad experience. I gave you guys 1/10.
