Worst experience ever! Never would return back to a place where both managers are rude and disrespectful! I came into the dealership early morning to just get a recall and I added on the oil change since it where both managers are rude and disrespectful! I came into the dealership early morning to just get a recall and I added on the oil change since it was time. I been going to Jerry’s Toyota for all my maintenance since I got my car because, when you buy are car from Toyota they give you 2 years of free maintenance. At my last appointment their employee gave me misinformation by telling me I’d get an extra year because I came in on time. When I went to explain to to there agent I was working with she told me that was wrong because , I didn’t purchase my car from Jerry’s. My thing is if they been doing it for 2 years already how come they can’t do this extra free year I was told about. So I asked for the service manager. From the very moment she came up to me she had an attitude ! I try to explain to her what was going on yet none of it mattered to her because, they had already made up their minds. She let me know that they are going to do the recall and that’s it or I can get the oil change if I pay for it. I let her know what her employee told me and not once did she apologize to me for the misinformation I received. I told her that I didn’t come here to argue with her and that I was going to call my mother to see what to do. I let my mother know about the issue and how I was being talked down to like a child. As I’m telling my mother the service manager storms over and tells me they are pulling my car off the lot because, I’m telling my mother exactly how I was being treated. She goes in another room and I follow to tell her yet again I did not come here to argue with her and that my recall needs to get done. She yells and points in my face asking me “DO YOU UNDERSTAND DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!?!” I told her yes I do but I don’t like your tone. I also asked who was higher then her she told me Matt but that he was coming in tomorrow. An employee told me when I was walking out that Matt actually comes at 9 am! So I waited outside in my boyfriends car as I waited for matt and my mother . I saw a guy getting out a car and parked right up from so I just assumed it was him. I got out the car and said “excuse me sir are you matt” he said yes I try to tell him about the story and he goes “could you at least give me 5 minutes!” I said ok and waited. Now me and my mom go inside and his first words to us was “I have no respect for you, if that’s how you came at me outside I know that’s how you came at Jessica. Me and my mother in complete shock that a GM would talk to any customer like that. The convo went on and on and he was just completely rude even try to pick up the phone without saying excuse me while my mother was talking. End of the day terrible customer service . If this is how you handle a situation to any customer no one should go because, it’s obvious they don’t care how they talk to their customers. I always understood that I didn’t buy my car there but still it’s a way they could’ve nicely told me and apologized for misinformation. I wanted to buy my next car there with the rep I met from my last appointment I had but I’d never go back to this place because, I already know the GM has no respect for me and I don’t want to go where I’m not welcomed! Thanks for my recall even though when I got my car back my radio had a chip on it but it it’s ok ! More
