I used to be a consistent customer with them when it came to auto repair but these days, the customer service has gone to absolutely xxxx. I took my disabled mother to go get her car serviced and our service to auto repair but these days, the customer service has gone to absolutely xxxx. I took my disabled mother to go get her car serviced and our service provider was extremely unkind and impatient as we walked in and out of the waiting room when our names were called. Being that there weren't really any accommodations for people with mobility issues, it took us a while to get to her. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but I do recall she was sitting at desk seven on June 9th between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM, which, by the way, was the amount of time I spent in there, when it should have only been half of that, being that I was there for routine maintenance and a car battery installation. (which I legitimately did not need because I'd just gotten my battery looked at recently with no issues, but that's a different story). My mother and I just decided to just to remain cordial and patient when interacting because physically, my mother cannot handle stress. As I led my mother to and from the restroom in the waiting room, I would periodically ask other service providers if our name was called while we were there. I was told no. Apparently, this was not the case. Anyway, not only was I quoted a completely different price than what I paid at the end of the day, but our service provider just continued to treat us like a burden and tell us in an extremely curt tone how we'd been called multiple times and how she "looked for us" and "couldn't find us". I know she heard me ask if we were called because she was within earshot when I asked. It was bullsh*t. Customer service at this place sucks now. Being treated like a burden for being visibly disabled is absolute f*xxxxx b*llsh*t. Having experience in this field, I've worked with all kinds of customers, including those hard of hearing, physically and mentally disabled and even people with language barriers. I know how to treat people and this isn't it. I can't wait to sell my Toyota and never have to look at this place again. I'd rather not have a car than to be treated like this. More

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one. I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE in because it is making a metal clunking noise when in reverse. First it was a nightmare to even get them to take the car and give me a rental. The car is 5 months old!! I had to contact my salesman (whom is incredible btw) to get them to take my car and look at it to give me a rental. I finally drop it off and I see in the lojack app where they took it for a ride and that was it. No way they even jacked it up or looked at it. Several hours later I get a call from my service advisor who tells me the noise I am hearing is my rear brake pads shifting in the bracket. Ummm, brake pads are not supposed to move so clearly something is wrong. He tells me it is wear and tear and is completely normal, to come get my vehicle. I called corporate, they put in a ticket to have the customer relations manager contact me. She was just as unhelpful telling me basically that it is my fault for putting 8800 miles on it in 5 months. That should not be a problem! 8800 is still new! After arguing with them, I filed a new complaint with Toyota and will never be going back to Jerry's again. ALSO, on the work order, they put that its the rear brake pads, funny I clearly told them the noise is coming from the front end. They also put that I declined a multi-point inspection, most certainly did not. Wouldn't the inspection be necessary to even evaluate what the problem is?! Most incompetent and rude service department I have ever dealt with. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their vehicles that they JUST sold. I did not spend over $40k to be treated like this. We took our 2005 Toyota in for repairs. What we received was lies and excuses when things were not handled correctly.
