Shawn Graham responded to my online inquiry by email at 1:19 pm and followed up with a phone call. He tried to gather as much info he needed to get the car we wanted. Seeing that they don't have the car he said he'll try his best to get the car he got the car from 160 miles away and gave us a 3 pm appt and even sent us directions to their dealership. I asked him that we were pre-approved by James Toyota Scion in Flemington, NJ and he just said he'll take care of us. A certain Robert called at 2:45 pm to check on how our drive is going cuz rain was pouring hard. When we arrived at 3:15 pm, we were greeted on the lot by Jonathan Sanders even before we parked our car and walked and followed us about 10 cars down, to the only available customer parking. Shawn got us a better car with leather interior than he quoted online but their Manager John almost honored the price we were quoted with minimal increase but gave us $6,500 for our trade outright. In short, we were out of there in 5 hours after Jonathan gave us a tour of their facility and introduced us to our new car. Kim Kelso in finance gave us a wonderful deal, Christa explained to us all the available options and discounted warranties for the car, Fletcher Dixon checked on us whenever he passes by in between his own clients. This happened on a very busy Monday among their other clients who mostly went home with their brand new cars. Not only that, Jonathan is sending us by mail the DE tag we left behind and the "Support Out Troop" ribbon, which meant a great deal to us. Jerry's Toyota has great team effort. He truly is concerned with your needs and was a pleasure to work with. We have heard from Jonathan via email and a phone call since the purchase to be sure we are satisfied with everything. I truly believe that if we had any problems (which we do not) he would do all he could to fix any issue. We have a one year old son who was with us during our visit. The paperwork portion of the deal can be time consuming but everyone was very kind to us and our son. One employee even bought some cookies from the vending machine and shared with our son. No one seemed to mind that he was walking around and that made the process so much easier and enjoyable! Jennifer is in the internet department and is another wonderful asset to this company. She was there with us when the numbers were presented to be sure we were getting a good deal similar to the internet pricing. I would recommend this dealership to all family and friends. They have a great product and great staff to assist you with it. More
I was in the market for a Camry Hybrid and I had done a fairly good amount of research. I got an Internet Price quote from this dealer for a car that had a few extra options than the ones I was interested fairly good amount of research. I was told by the Internet sales director Artem Babushkin to ask for Phil Stillman, the General manager, when I arrived at the dealership. He had us work with Carl Foxwell, who was a very knowledgeable, friendly salesman with a pleasant personality. We hit it off with him quite nicely. He took us on a test drive and then explained all the neat features of the Camry Hybrid. Even though we could not get the special promotional financing rate offered by Toyota since we were taking the rebate, the dealership came up with a rate with a private lender that was not very much different from the promotional rate. Within a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, we were driving away our new 2009 Camry Hybrid. The dealership and the entire staff was prompt, professional, friendly yet respectful, and really went the extra mile to earn our business.
