Help me lower my payments. I had to pay 13% interest on the vehicle I had, which was to much, I needed a lower payment and they worked with me. This was a great experience. Jason was extremely helpful, worked with me to get a better loan than the pre-approved one I walked in with, and didn't try any cheap "used car salesman" techniques. This is the fifth Toyota we have bought over the years and the second bought from Jerry's. The first was quite a few years ago and I hadn't been serioiusly in the market for a new car, dropped in at Jerr and the second bought from Jerry's. The first was quite a few years ago and I hadn't been serioiusly in the market for a new car, dropped in at Jerry's on a whim to look at my "dream" car at the time and was offered an amazing deal with no negotiation. No one familiar with the car and pricing believed that I could have gotten such a great deal and with no battles. This time around I had done a huge amount of research and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I'd pay and went shopping amongst 7 different local dealers. I had heard the line that all those online prices were misleading because they don't include destination and other hidden charges. Before I talked serioiusly with Jerry's there was only one dealer getting close to my price and that was the furthest from home. Several of the dealers that contacted me via email in response to internet requests ignored my attempts to get more information via email and repeateedly sent form-letter e-mails with no additional information. Others made personal contact but couldn't come close to my price. The non-internet contacts I made couldn't come close to my price. When I asked Sean Lyons at Jerry's via e-mail about the "hidden" charges he spelled out exactly what charges needed to be added to the internet price for direct comparison - all the answers were direct and proved to be correct when the deal was finalized, and the price (internet listed plus those charges) was still very competitive when compared to what other dealers had agreed to. When I finally reached my "fish or cut bait" point I called Sean and asked if he could shave off the last few hundred to get to "my" price he did - on the phone and on the spot (no "I'll see about that and get back to you). There was a glitch in locating the exact vehicle, and when I left the dealership after pruchasing the car I realized the car I had bought didn't have the exact equipment I had expected. I really expected to be told that I signed the papers and the deal was done. Instead Huntley (sales) made sure they installed the extra equipment at no extra cost, which it turns out was a huge concession as the price I had paid turned out to at least partially reflect the missing options. I was really ready to do battle and instead they bent over backward to make sure I was satisfied. More

Jason Henry and Corey Hightower went the extra distance for me. I was being scammed by another major dealership and i didnt know what to do I called the MVA and the represenative I talked with wasnt helpfu for me. They helped me tremendously i really appreciate peolple like these two men. I thank God for leading me to this particular dealship and Toyota for hiring people like them. The first contact that I had with the dealer which was two days prior to purchasing the vehicle was very pleasant. All of the questions that I needed answered was provided without hesitation. Rashid was the salesman who when he gave me the document where I am supposed to review him, he INSISTED I give him the highest score in every category. He was so arrogant about this. He also told me that if it was him, he would do something else with the downpayment money instead of putting it on the car. The service department is horrible and treated me with billigerance and arrogance. This attitude carried on from the service clerk to the service manager. I called to have something looked at that was still under warranty and he kept telling me that i had to pay for it. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I took the car to another Toyota dealership who told me there was a recall on that part and I had it done at no cost under the recall. After the work was done I called Jerrys Toyota service dept and spoke to the service manager regarding this. He said that the other dealership was crooked and performed the warranty work on the sly. With the same consistant arrogance. Jerrys is very close to where I live but I go out of my way to service my car and buy a car at another dealership. This place sucks and they treat women terribly. Someone I know works for the MD states attorney office and said they have hundreds of complaints on this dealership. Dont bother going here they have horrible attitudes, want to argue with you, and lie to the customers. More
I love my van!!! The people was so nice and friendly, they even gave us time to think it over about buying the van... there was no pressure and they were easy and friendly enough to deal with.
