General sales manager Matt Bukowski, finance manager Ray DeCastro, and sales professional Jon Reiner were all very nice, answered my questions, and helped me set up my new car. I was also in and out of the dealership very quickly. The whole process was a lot easier than I expected. I would recommend Jerry's to anyone looking for a new car. More
Great First Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2015 Scion FR-S from Jerry's Toyota and the experience was great. This was my first time purchasing a car, so needless to say I I recently purchased a 2015 Scion FR-S from Jerry's Toyota and the experience was great. This was my first time purchasing a car, so needless to say I was a little nervous when I walked in the door. I was greeted by Matt Bukowski, the general sales manager, and Jon Reiner, a sales professional. They both helped me get the car I wanted and were nice and easy to talk to. They both made me feel right at home and turned any nervousness I had into excitement. I was impressed with how quickly I was in and out of the door and at how easy the whole process was. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any of my car needs and will recommend Jerry's to family and friends. More

Rude staff and be careful of promises they make. The customer service was rude. Manager Geoff Blakely was unprofessional. They made me purchase a 1000$ worth of insurance that I never used. When you buy a car from here they will give you all sorts of free options and things, but when its time to use them they will find an excuse to not give it to you. I was shocked because of the names of the two people that sent it to me, manager Matt Bukowski and salesman Walt McDonald. These two people worked at Russell Toyota and ripped me off when I purchased there. I cannot believe that they both work here now. Very rude, ignorant, and abrasive. Take a look at some of the reviews posted about these two and how they treat people from Russell Toyota and you will not be surprised that they are no longer employed there. I have done business at Jerry's in the past but I definitely will not now. Thanks for the heads up that these two work here now! More
