Waiting on my refund! I’m not sure where to start. This has by far has been the most frustrating buying process. I previously had leased my vehicle through Jerry’s Toyota. I’m not sure where to start. This has by far has been the most frustrating buying process. I previously had leased my vehicle through Jerry’s Toyota. I decided about 21 months into my lease to purchase my car. Initially in leasing the vehicle, I had purchased additional protections for the vehicle through Jerry’s-Maximum Wheel and Tire and Maximum Protection-for key replacement, dents, windshield damages etc. In February when I purchased my vehicle from the lease, I signed documents to refund these protections. Chad Votta assured me that he would handle the paperwork associated with ending these additional protections so I would receive a refund for the remaining balance of the protections from my 36-month lease program. Chad also stated that I should expect my refund within 60 days of my purchase that occurred on February 5th. I waited the full 60 days, plus an additional week, I had not received my refund. I contacted Chad regarding the refund and left a voicemail, to which I did not receive a call back. I then contacted the third party for the protections-Maximus Auto Protection. They advised me that they had not received any paperwork from Jerry’s regarding my refund or termination of the protections. In turn, I contacted Chad Votta and again left a voicemail. I waited a few days, hoping that Chad would return my call, however he did not. I contacted Jerry’s Toyota asking for Chad’s manager regarding my issue. I was directed to Eric, who advised me he did not have access to my paperwork from my sale or for the protections and that only Chad could assist me. How could such a large dealership have only one person who could assist me? How could no other manager have access to resolve a financial issue?! I finally was able to reach Chad mid-April, to which he stated that he would have to research the issue. I waited a few days, again not receiving a call from Chad, but where I had to call back. Upon speaking to Chad in the last week of April, he advised me that he had processed my paperwork. Today is May 1st, I received a voicemail from Nancy at Maximus, who I am now on a first name basis with because of calling to periodically check on the status of my paperwork, she advised nothing has been received to date. My level of frustration is nearing contacting the State Attorney General to advise them of Jerry’s business practices. This is absolutely unacceptable; it’s nearing 90 days for a process that should have been completed within 60. All for the incompetence of an employee at Jerry’s who clearly is not returning customers calls or completing paperwork associated with sales and financials properly. I am expecting a monetary refund which is being withheld unfairly, not because of a third party, but because of Jerry’s. More

BUNCH OF LYING, CONDESCENDING AND RUDE STAFF!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ANY MEANS!!! I bought a brand new Toyota 2015 4Runner 6 months ago and purchased the extended warranty a DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ANY MEANS!!! I bought a brand new Toyota 2015 4Runner 6 months ago and purchased the extended warranty after I was told it covers EVERYTHING FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER just like my initial warranty...minus wipers, tires and brake pads. Fair enough, right? Nope! After the touchscreen cracked from freezing so many times this winter, I took it in to get it looked at. First off, they didn't even have a rental car for me like they say they will in their initial sales pitch when I bought the car. And when they did finally give me a RAV4 to use, the entire thing smelled like someone smoked 3 packs a day in it with the windows up. This rental car also had trash in it like the last one they gave me when I had my $800 remote start installed a few months back. So $700 they told me!!! $700 for a piece of plastic that was broken by regular usage that is not covered under the warranty. (Even though I asked them 3 times, this will cover everything besides just the tires, wipers and brake pads?) After about 14 calls back and forth from the service department who could have cared less, they said I'd have to talk to whoever sold me the warranty. So when I did FINALLY get a hold off someone in finance, Chad tried to tell me, well, the warranty only covers a certain amount of things, and we just say bumper to bumper because it's easier to say what it doesn't include. He said he didn't even look at it but it's up to what the service department says and had no desire to even attempt at making it right. He just said I could come in and cancel it if I wanted but he'd "hate to see something go wrong and then I wouldn't have the warranty" spoken like a true salesman. Warranty for what?!! Apparently it doesn't cover what you told me it did anyway!! So when I went into cancel it and I'm sure purposely made me wait for awhile, Chad just came out of his office with a piece of paper, said sign here, and walked back into his office. I can not believe the lack of customer service and way they handled everything. I will NEVER buy another car from them or take anything in there to be serviced. I will also make sure no one that I know will ever step foot in there either. More
