Average to below average dealer. Found the vehicle I wanted online. Called one of jerrys dealers. Told me it was at another location. Called that location was told it was at the first location. But he could bring it there for me. Went and looked tryed to make a deal was told @630 at night no one was still there to work a deal. Dealer open until 9. Ok so was told would be called the following day. Never called called back myself. Was told the vehicle was going back to the other location. To call them he didn't want to work a deal with me. After a few days finally heard back from other dealer was told they didn't know why no one took my deal and got what I wanted. Car is nice needed a cpl things most took care of. One thing done on inspection was an alignment. BUT it was not done correctly . You get a 30 day Warranty. Went in for that the first time chevy said rotated tires and rebalaced new tires but there shop foreman still heard noise to take it over to toyota shop they own to have them look at it and they could do the alignment. Went there were more concerned with the recalls then the problem. Did not fix alignment. Emailed and left message for first service department at chevy to try to get them to do it still have not heard back. Was also told I would get a spare key at dealer cost. Nope wrong again. Was going to buy another new vehicle from them but I held off to see how they served me. But we couldn't buy it anyway. Because after we figured what we wanted we tryed to contact the sales man again at the toyota dealer and he never called us back. Have never heard of a dealer wanting to not sell cars. Only good thing is the vehicle I bought was in decent shape. More

Prius is in Great Shape I took my Prius in for it's first Maintenance Visit. I came 15 minutes early, but they started right away. They told me they would check everything an I took my Prius in for it's first Maintenance Visit. I came 15 minutes early, but they started right away. They told me they would check everything and wash the car, and it would be ready in about one hour. And YES, all that was done, and it was ready when they said it would be. I love my Prius, and I'm glad I bought it from Jerry's. More

I am going to go for all the technology and comfort that the Toyota Camry has within my budget I told Khalid. So I found a car white, leather, dual zone climate for the front seats and all you could ask for a car. My purchasing experience was great, and I left my car overnight for the aftermarkets to be applied. Undercoating, paint, fabric protection along with mudflaps. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I would recommend this dealer highly. More

My wife bought her Corolla from Jerry's in 20 My family has purchased all of their cars from Jerry's Toyota. I bought my Corolla from Jerry's in 2005. My wife bought her Corolla from Jerry's in 2009. My son bought his Prius from Jerry's in 2016. My wife and I had 2 previous Corollas that we had bought from Jerry's Toyota. We always get our vehicles serviced at Jerry's Toyota. I wouldn't think of trying to work on my car by myself. I am satisfied with Jerry's service department. I expect to continue going to Jerry's in the future. Mike Emig, Baltimore More
