We started off looking at 2 used cars but also looked at new. Aaron and Kris preaented us in writing with full and final price of 2 used and 1 new car, and in the end we opted for new based in value for our dollar. We'll be buying from Jerry's Toyota and these 2 good men for a long time. Polly was also wonderful with the after market purchase of the vehicle preservation package (undercoating, etc.). More

This delearship sucks!! Terribly rude general sales manager- Kris Ruhling!!! Yes THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER I bought toyota corolla from this dealership. Changed my mind Terribly rude general sales manager- Kris Ruhling!!! Yes THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER I bought toyota corolla from this dealership. Changed my mind and visited the delearship, hoping to get new RAV4. Mr Ruhling treated me and my sister like we were just there low balling. We asked for cost and door price for RAV4. He asked: are you getting car today or not? I said we wanted to know more about cost and trade ins.Mr Ruhling said if you are not buying car tonight i do not have time for you. Come back when you are ready!! Who treats the customers like that? The tone he spoke with me was terrible. He might have been in business for decades but a customer does not deserve such pathetic behaviour from a manager. So two days later i got a new SUV from another delearship. Guess what,,my sister is getting a new suv too, but not from the place where this nicely dressed but savage guy works,,, also my fren is needing a car for his wife, am i suggesting him any thing? Yes, buy a car from a delearship where you are valued as precious customer. Avoid JEERY'S TOYOTA! So,,,did i get hurt or toyota? You might think the delearship got nothing to lose..they sell thousands of car..remember they will be selling thousand minus three car this year because of this manager and possibly more after people read this review. More

Used Car Lemon I purchased a Used Corolla on 8/12 when i test drove the car i stated i felt the car pulsating that i felt it was a rotor issue instead of it being a I purchased a Used Corolla on 8/12 when i test drove the car i stated i felt the car pulsating that i felt it was a rotor issue instead of it being addressed right then and there (since i live almost 2 hours away) I was told to bring the car back if it persist. I took it to a dealership closer to where i live the day after purchase and was told the front rotors were totally warped and need replacement. Two days later I heard the car making a "whining sound" with acceleration took it to a local transmission shop was told transmission is done. I called Jerry's the service manager Michael, was very nice and told me i could NOT drive it to baltimore for service as it is not safe to take it to a local Toyota dealership for inspection and they would contact Jerrys to work out payment. Toyota (turnersville) called me back and said yes infact the transmission is bad and will cost about 4,000.00 to replace. Still waiting to hear back from Jerry's, was told by the GM i may need to pay to have my car towed to them to have them replace the transmission... I have to pay I have only had the car 5 days.... Thats it. Are they going to pay to have it towed back to me??? My service and sales was pathetic i will never go back to this dealership. I would say you are going to use this dealership buy brand new not used. I was told Michael the Service Manager could possibly work out an agreement with Turnersville toyota to have them do they work and Jerry's would pay- Hopefully that is the way things will turn out. I am very disappointed.... I will conduct business with Conicelli or Turnersville going forward. More
Worst dealer ever By far one of the worst experience till date. These guys mailed us a deal on a 2017 Corolla.We rang them up in order to verify the deal... turned out to be legit. We drove down 30 miles after a very long day at work only to find out that they messed up. It was a huge mistake from their side. We showed them the mail which they had sent us but of no use. They wasted at least 2 hours trying to pitch their new deal. The manager had an attitude problem.Not only was he absolutely unapologetic but he defended his employee stating the deal was miscommunicated . He outright told us to take his current deal( which was worse from what the other dealers were offering us )or leave. I would not advise this dealer to any of my friends or relatives firstly because they lure you down with fake deals secondly because they have an attitude problem and treat you badly and thirdly because they waste your time and test your patience. An utterly humiliating experience to say the least. More
