It was the worst experience So, I went for a regularly maintains yesterday for my car as usual but this time I asked to update my car software so I can have apple car play only and nothing wrong with the maintains yesterday for my car as usual but this time I asked to update my car software so I can have apple car play only and nothing wrong with the car as they keep asking. Because my car is Camry 2018 and doesn’t have this feature as slandered. And I red online that the dealership can update the software to have apple car play for this year and model. After 4 hours they came back and told me the software failed and the screen won’t work so you will have to buy new unit which going to cost you 1500$ + or buy it from after-market. I have attached a picture for your kind reference. I lost all the functions on the car. Jessica offered to call Toyota center to try to convince them to cover it under my warranty because my car it’s out of the warranty and told me it may work or not. But my BIGGEST concern beside my issue that how she treats me really bad when I told her I won’t take that car and I am going to make a complain and make police report . she raised her voice and asked me to leave the building and I am not even welcome there anymore. Even I was planning to sit on the chair but she was rude to me and told me don’t sit and leave. You can review the recoding cameras at the office. It was really the worst costumer experience I ever had. More
I was waiting from 750 to almost 11pm for an oil change. They told me about all these problems and still made me wait. After I saw the lady about to eat potato chips I asked about my car. First of all I'm a huge Toyota fan, and normally I feel treated with utmost respect when I visit Jerry's Toyota (Joppa Rd) but my last visit was not so pleasant. I took my 2022 Highlander which I purchased treated with utmost respect when I visit Jerry's Toyota (Joppa Rd) but my last visit was not so pleasant. I took my 2022 Highlander which I purchased at this location in earlier this month for maintenance. As I went to pick it up I was interested in a 2019 used Lexus and I inquired about it and in a nutshell I purchased it. Being a used car of course I looked it over but I didn't notice the crack in the windshield until about 3 days later. I left several messages to my salesman and they never returned my call. Once I finally reached them they suggested there was nothing they could do since they were not sure when it occurred. I took it to Safelite and they discovered that the windshield had been previously sealed meaning the crack was in the vehicle before I purchased it. So when I returned to Jerry's to explain this to the manager I spoke with (Dmitry) was rude and sarcastic and did not want to help in any way, due to the amount I paid for the vehicle I really felt like I should have been compensated in some manner. This incident left a sour taste in my mouth when this should have been a happy occasion purchasing a car. More

I walked in with the idea that I knew what I want and the numbers I wanted to work with. Jonathan greeted me and my girlfriend right away and was happy to assist the entire time. He let us take a Tundra ou numbers I wanted to work with. Jonathan greeted me and my girlfriend right away and was happy to assist the entire time. He let us take a Tundra out for a spin and when I didn't see the numbers working he offered up other options that the dealer had. We were able to find something that I liked and worked financially with a little negotiating. During the negotiation process he was extremely polite and the manager on staff was able to work with me to get as close to the numbers I wanted as possible. Jonathan seemed genuinely interested in getting me into the truck I wanted and I believe that was actually the case. Great to work with and would definitely recommend dealing with him for any Toyota buying needs. More
