Daniel Puc is a professional who listened to what I wanted and found it without any pressure. The final deal was lower than expected and I never had to talk to anyone but Daniel. I dreaded car shopping and went to many dealers to test drive different cars to decide what I wanted. He just kept shopping and called every day with a new option. I cant recommend this dealership enough. Everything about my experience was the highest quality you could ever ask for to make buying a car fun....not stressful. I drove all the way from Arkansas for the car I wanted. When I arrived it was very clean and shiny. Went for a test drive with Isaac who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Started paperwork and was out of there in all under 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and everything was as promised with the Yukon. At least at this dealership I feel like they took our safety seriously. Everyone was wearing a mask and social distanced. Got a little tight and somewhat loose when we went for walk through and discussion on GM app and onstar. The person doing the financing knew their stuff and was outstanding to work with. More

Upon arrival, she met me outside with the keys and told me to take it for a spin while they appraised my trade-in. We discovered an extremely minor issue with the car during the test drive but the tank was full and everything else about it was perfect. When we got back we talked numbers and they worked well with my limited budget with minimal hassle and waiting around. I brought up the small issue we discovered and they fixed it with no questions while we were dealing with TT & L. Had a minor hiccup in financing when they tried pushing us to go through GMAC/Ally when we got a MUCH better rate through USAA but wasn't a big deal at all. When we finished signing all of the final paperwork, Ines had the vehicle ready for us and helped us set up the OnStar trial before we left. We easily could have been in and out of there in about an hour had it not been for my 1 year old and the financing discussion. It is a very relaxed, kid-friendly environment. The sales people wear casual clothes, jeans and a polo/button-down shirt (shorts if it's warm enough) and are very down-to-earth rather than the stereotypical sleez-ball with baggy slacks and a button-down shirt that's 3 sizes too big. I live about 45 minutes away but this dealer is worth the drive and Ines was a great sales person to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. More
Total Disappointment I recently purchased a car on 10/30/14. My husband convinced me to do business with this organization, as we had bought many vehicles through various Jerry's organizations and to our bragging, so did our family and friends. That won't happen again. I was told that my vehicle would receive some slight cosmetic repairs as well. I also wanted my windows tinted, to which I agreed to pay for. I inquired about my 2nd key for my vehicle and was told that they would provide me with an additional key. Some cosmetic repairs were slightly done, the window tinting which I paid for is bubbling, and I have a vehicle with only one key. Now while I was told that my deal was a super deal, I was so happy, I bought the Extended Warranty, the Wheel and Tire Package, and the GAP. I thought since I was getting such a good deal, that I owed them to make some money on this deal, as I was not aware of the amount they made, but fair is fair, or so I thought. So 12/4, still no key, no license plate, and not one courtesy call. I called the General Manager of Jerry's and left a message for her, no return call. We called the finance manager to get information on the items purchased, so we could cancel, and guess what, ahhh yes! No return call. Well I won't be getting my key, I am quite sure of that. So I will cancel my financing, my Warranty, and my GAP. I am refinancing and will tell all of my friends to not do business here. You should not treat customers of any caliber this way. Shame on your ability to provide good customer service and my total drive out was $48000.00. I thought that might be worth a little attention. Apparently I was wrong. My advice sadly is to go somewhere else, I will in the future. More
