It was by far the WORST dealer experience ever! I brought in a family member’s vehicle to get an oil change. I pulled up in the service area and was directed to have a seat in the waiting room. A team member came to me and took down my info at which time I informed them of the service warranty that was on the vehicle. The team member said an advisor would come speak with me. I waited in the same area, working on my laptop. Someone came to me and said my vehicle was ready. I stated I have the service warranty and Stephen began to be condescending and rude. He asked why I didn’t tell someone about this earlier!!! As I was explaining I told the person that took my info, I was chastised! An advisor DID NOT come to speak to me and someone dropped the ball. After about an hour, the warranty company was reached and the service was approved. I was given an explanation of they were busy. And did not even receive an apology! I myself am an owner of a BMW and Mercedes and glad I do not have to go back there again!!!!! More
I’m very impressed by the efficiency and honesty of this dealership. I have heard horror stories about how other Volt owners with my issue had been treated by their dealership service departments, so I was dealership. But it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Jake took very good care of me, from quickly diagnosing the problem, to efficiently repairing the issue in only a couple of days, to getting me into a GM-paid rental car while mine was in the shop. I cannot recommend Jerry’s highly enough. More

Jacob Forwood was my service advisor for an issue I had with my 2018 Suburban. I took the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership in the area and they recommended over $5000 in repairs. I then took the veh with my 2018 Suburban. I took the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership in the area and they recommended over $5000 in repairs. I then took the vehicle to Brooks Huff Auto for a second opinion. The Brooks Huff team told me it was a known injector issue with that year Suburban and recommended I go back to a Chevy dealership for the warranty work. I took the car to Jerry's, Jacob evaluated the situation, had the team do the diagnostic and confirmed what Brooks Huff indicated. Jerry's service took care of the injectors and completed the repair under warranty at no cost to me. Jacob and team at Jerry's was great and very professional. When I go to trade in my Suburban on an EV version a few years from now I will head to Jerry's Chevrolet. Thanks all. More
Fast, courteous service. Did not have long to wait for oil change and informed me car needed new battery. Was able to buy battery at almost $200 cheaper elsewhere. I cannot say anything negative about my experience with my service advisor Brennan. I ended up spending more than I was prepared to but at the same time I was “advised” not forced. I got everything the veh my service advisor Brennan. I ended up spending more than I was prepared to but at the same time I was “advised” not forced.
