They charge $130 for a simple diagnosis when AutoZone can do it for free. They lied to me about indicator lights coming on on my dashboard. They claimed three lights came on as soon as the valet took the do it for free. They lied to me about indicator lights coming on on my dashboard. They claimed three lights came on as soon as the valet took the car back to the shop, but couldn't tell me which one. When I declined service due to the absurdly priced diagnostic and got my car back, only the check engine light was on, which was not on before I gave them the car. Not only that, but the engine light shut itself off an hour after driving and has not come back on. The valet was rude and impatient. I'm not sure about the dealership or the sales team, but I would not use the service portion of this dealership. They are predatorial and dishonest. More
