3 stars would be a stretch. Sept 16th I took my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali in for Transmission issues- i thought it just needs Service/flush ( mind you I replaced it 70,000 miles ag Sept 16th I took my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali in for Transmission issues- i thought it just needs Service/flush ( mind you I replaced it 70,000 miles ago @ Classic GMC in Cleburne Tx); It Turns out I need to replace it again! Back then Classic told me it had 100,000 mile warranty since it was brand new replaced. I'm pretty sure they did not tell me it was 3 yrs/ 100k Warranty! June of this year was the 3 yr expiration- I had not hit the 100k on this one. ( see my review of Classic 3yrs ago to verify) Crappy Service there : ( Long story short my Service advisor (Fernando) at Jerrys Chevrolet (Burleson TX.) said they'd know something in 3-4 hrs ( that day the 16th); on the 18th he said "3-4 hrs after it makes the Mechanics rack" (It was not in the Rack yet!), then said he'd know something by Monday, maybe even be ready if its just a flush. I called Monday. . .guess what, not on the rack! ok maybe his 1 mechanic is overwhelmed!? or something else!? Frustrated I told him i was picking up my truck without repair ; picked up my Vehicle and took it directly to Bill Burrows Precision Transmission in Joshua TX. That's where I got the bad news! (' you need a new Tranny"). : ( I feel the people at GM know this Tranny is Crap and have told their Dealers to beware of upset customers. And/or maybe they were stalling at Jerrys Burleson because I had already mentioned how I would feel if it was to be a replacement again. So look up on Google "GM Lawsuit" if you're having Tranny issues. GM might have just lost another Customer. FYI I bought my Truck Brand new at Jerry's GMC in Weatherford TX. in 2015- I had paid 56k cash for a quality GMC Denali truck I thought : ( More
First time Buyer here . My first time experience buying was a bit of a rollercoaster. I was excited to purchase a new truck, but unfortunately, I was given incorrect info My first time experience buying was a bit of a rollercoaster. I was excited to purchase a new truck, but unfortunately, I was given incorrect information during the test drive. The salesman told me the bed size was 69 inch .Both me and the salesman did the math on our phone during the test drive and it came out to be under 6 feet but it turned out to be over 6 feet. Which I over look because it was late and was told by the salesman “ My manager wants to know if you are buying something because we are about to close “ There was even a mishap with one of the trucks we test drove got crash during the buying process. which should have been the sign for me to get the xxxx out of there . Mistakes happen so i decided to give the dealership a second chance. Boy did it bite me in the rear end .To be fair the salesman was new and a very nice guy over all and did what he could to fix the issue. In the end, I had to trade in the original truck and pay an additional $3.5k on top of my initial payment downpayment of 15k for a different color interior and exterior that I wasn't too keen on. The options provided by upper management at the dealership were limited, and it felt like a take-it-or-leave-it situation….. Looking back, I wish I had been more cautious during the car buying process and not given the dealership a second chance after such a nightmarish experience. There were so many red flags and I should've walk away when I had the chance…. More
Most dealerships give you a 7 day refund or whatever you call it if you aren’t happy with the vehicle however or if they say “they don’t”. The salesman didn’t really explain all the features an I didn’t not call it if you aren’t happy with the vehicle however or if they say “they don’t”. The salesman didn’t really explain all the features an I didn’t notice anything until like 2 days after of flaws I didn’t like on the vehicle I got an couldn’t return it. With that being said, I don’t think I’d use this desrlshuo again an next time I will make sure to use a dealership that gives you the best options an go over the car features better. More
