Thank you for your review, FIRSTTIMEBUYER1967. However, on July 1st, you chose a truck to purchase from our stock of four 2024 Silverado LTZ Standard Bed 4WD trucks in the same color. The truck you picked was never involved in a crash, although the salesman accidentally hit the side mirror while backing it up from the parking spot on the awning cover pole. Due to expiring rebates and incentives on the same day, we switched to another identical truck. You were very satisfied with the new truck when we followed up with you the next day. However, after four days, you told us you were unhappy with the truck. As a result, we canceled the initial deal and switched to another LTZ Silverado in stock. The $3500 price difference was due to the new truck not having the same discounts, and adjustments were made to keep your payments the same. We made sure you got the specific truck you initially chose every time.
