The sales representative, Adula Carr, was helpful throughout the process, even picking me up from Penn Station on the day I took delivery. He explained the car's features and its infotainment system. I felt comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. I am happy with my new Equinox EV! It is so much better than the old-fashioned internal combustion engine cars!
