Brent White goes the extra mile for his customers. He advised to have the vehicle financed so we would keep an open line of credit. He took the time to take the vehicle home so that my Mom could test to advised to have the vehicle financed so we would keep an open line of credit. I went to Jerry's after my wife found the car we wanted on the internet. I waited for the salesman that she spoke to on the phone and then he pushed me off to a different salesman. After test driving the car, I said we wanted it but we had to trade in 2 vehicles. I told them the price we were looking for, they low-balled me...of course. Eventually they gave me the price I originally asked for. The whole process took 7 HOURS, forcing me to drive home in a snow storm. The first day we had the car the check engine light came on and the car started sputtering. We immediately brought it back and it has been there for three days so far, and will be there for at least another two days. My wife had to wait two hours for a rental car that she requested to be large enough to fit three car seats. When it showed up, it was a small sedan. She had to argue with them to give us a larger car off the lot just so she could get home. Every time they say they will call....they do not. When I call, they give me the run-around. I traded in two perfectly good cars for a $24,000 piece of crap from a staff that could care less about me! Don't let it happen to you!!!! More
I bought a 2010 Vette. I went to every Chevy dealer in an hours drive of my house but returned to Jerry's Chevrolet because of the salesman Rich Lehr. I was basically ignored, disregarded at the Chevy dealership in Bel Air on RT1. Little did they know they lost a sale of a car and a life long customer. I highly recommend Rich and this dealership. Due to an accident I was put in a position where I had to purchase a new vehicle to replace my Saturn Vue which was totaled. As soon as I walked up to Jerry's Chevrolet Paul met my husband and I and helped purchase a new vehicle to replace my Saturn Vue which was totaled. As soon as I walked up to Jerry's Chevrolet Paul met my husband and I and helped us to understand the differences between the various models. I was interested in the Equinox or the Traverse but needed to understand the models better. I was particularly interested in the safety features and construction along with economy. Paul did not pressure us in any way but very matter of fact explained the two models and the differences. When we did not proceed at our first visit as I was not ready to make the decision he gave us catalogs to look over and did not push a sale. He also explained incentives going on so we could make an informed decision. We went back in about a week and took a test drive and decided to purchase the Equinox. Paul went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted and even went to pick it up. During the sales transaction he helped with the insurance company, the tags, and all of the little details that needed to be addressed. When I left with my new vehicle I felt that I had truly experienced a wonderful purchase transaction. More
Upon entering the door at Jerry's I was amazed at the outstanding level of courtesy and respect I received from Joe and Mike. In my opinion, Joe could easily be teaching courses in customer service and new car technology. Mike and Joe were great in providing me with the best possible scenario regarding my trade-in value and financing options. Reviews for the other Chevy dealers were frightening, and I decided to go to Jerry's and cancel already scheduled appointments I had at two of those dealers and not go to a third dealer. My judgment, based on the dealer reviews, proved to be correct. I had a GREAT purchasing experience at Jerry's Chevrolet. I worked with Sales Professional Brent White, and he arranged a very good, even overly fair, deal for trading in my previous car and getting me the metalic-gold colored Chevrolet Equinox LS that I wanted. He explained the car's features very well, and was very interested in ensuring that I got the Equinox that I wanted. I think you can be sure of good treatment with Brent. Director of Finance Tom Walter was very good to work with in completing the final contracting and loan agreement. I would highly recommend that any Chevy car buyer go to Jerry's and only Jerry's to make a new car purchase. You will be served very well. More
