Amazing!!!! I came in to buy a new car which i was not in the mood for in the first place my previous vehicle was totaled in accident. so to say i was a bit moody I came in to buy a new car which i was not in the mood for in the first place my previous vehicle was totaled in accident. so to say i was a bit moody from the jump was and understatement but right from the start my sales person and and General manager there were just flat out awesome while in the process of buy a car some other things had come up on my end and both of the gentle men went above and beyond for me they truly did work with me and what i had to offer which was pretty much nothing and still was able to get me what i needed for what i could afford. their professionalize was out of this world considering i was what you might call that difficult customer and there understanding for what i needed and what my budget was and that was not going to change i could not have asked for anything more form either of them and i truly thank both of them greatly i did not feel like they were just there to make money and send me on my way i felt like they were both genuinely trying to help me with my needs how often can you say that when buying a car for me never but i can this time there is no way to say thank you enough to the both of them Jason Woods my salesmen and Walt McDonald the general Mgr you both made the worst day and better day in the end even though i may not have looked like it i was happy and i am very happy with my car thanks again for going above and beyond for me!!!!!!! More

Predatory Sales Team The Internet Sales Manager, Charles Wicks, quoted me a higher price than on the Web site. When I brought it to his attention, he gave me the Web site The Internet Sales Manager, Charles Wicks, quoted me a higher price than on the Web site. When I brought it to his attention, he gave me the Web site price but then added freight and vehicle prep fees that hadn't been there before to bring the price right back up to where he wanted it to be. In addition, Jerry's is running a commercial that said they would offer 130% of Kelly Blue Book value for trade ins. Well, when I brought it up, Charles Wicks said it was supposed to be Kelly BLACK Book which is dealer pricing. I literally played the commercial for him on YouTube and caught him in a lie. Then Mr. Wicks became belligerent, so I asked to speak with his GM. Well that guy was just as rude and condescending to me. More

They mistreated me and made me feel lost. I just come back to update this review at last they agreed to fix the issue but now they added cracking noises when the vehicle is moving it makes rumbling noise all the way like an old car right now am not sure what to do especially when the state of Maryland granted them an autonomous absolute power over customers. Worst Chevy Dealership Ever!! By far the worst chevy dealership I have ever gone to a lot of these reviews are fake made by employees if I could give them negative stars I would. If you have to drive a extra 30 mins to another dealership DO IT. This isn't my first issue here last year I got my oil changed here and they drained all the oil in my car and once I left my engine stalled and I had to get my car towed back to the dealership missing a day of work and I had to pay 200$ for towing and I was not reimbursed. On Friday, December 28th I called the service department at 8:00 asking if I got my car towed there would they be able to just diagnose the issue I was having with my car at least by the end of the day and I was told yes there was not a lot of cars there. Never heard anything back from the service departmentafter waiting up there for hours someone finally comes out and says the service person handling my car has left for the day and they will not be able to get to it until Monday. Monday comes and I take off work and I am calling the service department through out the day I'm told that my file has been opened and they will let me know what is going wrong with my car at some point that day. I Never hear anything after calling throughout the day talking to various service members and being told the will check on the car and let me know. Now the person who is handling my car finally calls me Tuesday telling me what's wrong at this point I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and the lack of communication so I no longer wanted to get my car fixed here so I ask for a email of exactly what is wrong with the car because I want to go elsewhere at this point. Especially after the horrific experience I had with just a oil change last time. Then once I told them I wanted to get my car fixed they told me it was 315$ just for them to diagnosis the issue because it too them all day. YOU ARE A CHEVY DEALERSHIP it took you 2 days to figure out the codes on a Camaro. I come from a family of chevys and I have never experienced this type of treatment.
