My car had went up that morning and I had to make a last minute decision to go car shopping. I was afraid of not being able to find a car that would fit my financial budget. I explained to the salesman my situation and what was most important to me, and from there the experience was just amazing. They were determined to make sure I left with a car that day, so we shopped as many cars a possible until we found one that fit me and my needs. It didn't matter how long it took (all day) they never rushed me or became impatient with me. And trust me I was an indecisive pain. I took so long I ended up leaving the dealership right at closing. The deals they have are unbeatable. I was very impressed with the service and the way I was handled, and most importantly I left with a brand new car that made me feel like a new person. I was stressed and upset when I walked in and left with a smile on my face. This is the type of experience a customer should have. More

25% increase in oil change price since Jan 2017 they charge an extra $2.58 for hazardous waste removal. And they charge an extra $8.38 for the labor for the oil change. service center So I bought a 2014 Chevy traverse in April. When I bought the car everything was smooth and I was on the road. I was offered complimentary oil changes, tire rotation, etc at the time of the purchase. A few month later my left tire kept sending a signal for the tire pressure. I was pumping my tire every other day. So I made the appointment for when my oil change was due. I bought maximum tire protection at the time of buying the vehicle. I told them that I had free oil changes and tire protection. Even showed the lady my papers. I was told a hr and a half and it ended up being three hours. Just to be told that there was nothing wrong with my left tire and that practically I'm a liar and my car alert was wrong. I went balistic and asked for a supervisor. Well that did no good cause she just ran me in circles like I was stupid. So I tell her to get my car out of the shop, then she tells me they moved my tire from the front to the back,! Why? Apparently I asked for a tire rotation. No I did not. And a tire rotation only means to move the tire I'm having problems with? . I told her that I need everyone's names so I can take my papers to my lawyer. She hands me my papers and I leave. That monday I received a phone call from an apparent operations director, saying I didn't pay my bill. I explained I had complimentary oil changes and other things for a year or up to 15000 miles. I then explain to him the problems I had while being there.. he then replys that I told them I was going to sue them! So having a lawyer look over papers and getting a second opinion on my tire means I'm going to sue them? I know for a fact that tire was bad and my husband swears he's seen something in the outer wall of it. So yeah if they plugged my outter wall then yeah I will take legal actions. Then he says he wants my tire fixed and to give me a car for the time it's being done. I told him to call back when my husband is home so we can figure out a time. I never recieved another call. I'm down to 25 pounds of pressure in the tire. So now my husband is leaving work early this week so we can go get my tire fixed. Figuring we have a once a year vacation coming and I refuse to allow Jerrys to ruin it by not fixing my tire. Il just go somewhere reliable and closer to home. I will never go back to Jerrys. I won't even waste my time buying a car from there again. I lost all trust in them More

He made my first car buying experience very relaxed & joyful! Jerry's has been so great & I will definitely recommend this dealership as long as they stick to what they are doing now and making sure they are making customer needs which they have met. More
