Our service advisor Brandon was very responsive and helpful. There appears to be a disconnect between ordering from the Chevrolet website and the parts department and service department. My service advisor was great! That's really the only reason for 3 stars. First time at this dealership for work under my extended warranty. I've had work done at two other dealers That's really the only reason for 3 stars. First time at this dealership for work under my extended warranty. I've had work done at two other dealerships in the last 13 months and never paid more than my 100.00 deductible. This time I had to pay 1000.00 which, apparently, was the difference between after market parts (authorized by the warranty company) and OEM parts. This dealership didn't get me the option of using aftermarket parts so I had to pay for the OEM parts. I wasn't told about this until after the diagnose was done and the work was approved by the warranty company. I felt blindsided. That is something you should share with a customer before any work is done. I'm not sure if I'll be using this dealership again. More
