I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain, It is January 11th. It has been in the shop twice. I have had to pay for the first visit. I purchased a warranty that didn't cover it. Then the engine's timing chain bro has been in the shop twice. I have had to pay for the first visit. I purchased a warranty that didn't cover it. Then the engine's timing chain broke two weeks later. They care the WORST DEALERSHIP ever. Buyer's beware. They don't stand behind their vehicles they sell even with a warranty. DON"T BUY FROM THEM. You will get nothing but a headache. They also haven't given me my license plate after two months. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! More
just bought a car from these guys. all cash. they lied to me about the inspection and having nothing wrong with it. the very next day I took it to an actual dodge dealer to be told the transmission is slippi me about the inspection and having nothing wrong with it. the very next day I took it to an actual dodge dealer to be told the transmission is slipping when it warms up to temp. the exhaust manifold bolts are sheered off and has a loud tick at cold start from the exhaust leak (7 hours of labor to fix and $1,000) conveniently they had it warmed up when i drove it so i wouldn't hear the tick. the brakes are warped and toast. but yet they told me they did a full inspection and everything was perfect and tbe brakes were new. I now have over $2,000 in repairs plus possibly a new transmission that needs to be done and they will not help with any of it. I do not recommend buying a car from them. don't trust their inspection. whoever did the inspection needs to be fired. Tim, Jason. and Jesse on the GMC side. stear clear people! I am posting this review on every social media you guys have until you fix this vehicle right! I gave you over $20,000 in cash! even as I was leaving and started it up after it sat awhile I asked what that tick was and Tim told me dont worry its a Hemi thing.....liar! you all knew you were selling me crap More

Nice and simple experience, brought my truck in for a oil change, they didn’t rotate the tires cause they are brand new, they checked for recalls, then went to work got it done in a reasonable time frame. Was told to go buy a truck from !!!! To make matters worse the Sales Rep Pete was in la-la land and didn't understand how to do anything. I then was transferred to The General Store Manager Brad who told me off and told me to go to and buy a truck and he is the General Store Manager. I would not buy from this company Ever if they are going to treat me like this what are they going to do to you. More

I would have never bought this truck their if I knew this is the kind of service this dealership is proud to serve their customers. So upset. Worst feeling ever. More
100% behind their service and product Jeff Chappell and Stefan Weinman @ Jerry Seiner Buick South Jordan I have recently moved to UTAH from IDAHO, and was worried that perhaps I would Jeff Chappell and Stefan Weinman @ Jerry Seiner Buick South Jordan I have recently moved to UTAH from IDAHO, and was worried that perhaps I would not find my hometown feel for the SLC Buick Dealers like I had in IDAHO. I looked around the valley and found Jeff Chappell at Jerry Seiner Buick. He has been very great to work with, flexible on scheduling, reasonably priced and most important of all he was trustworthy. I really felt appreciated as a customer during their service and they made me a FAN of JSBSJ. On July 6th during my vacation trip to IDAHO, my front differential broke down. A week before I left this was serviced at the dealership, and it looked like there might have been a faulty part installed. (it happens, nobody's fault) I left the car at GOODYEAR shop in IDAHO for 11 days... as that part caused extra damage and entire front differential and axle needed replacement. I called Jeff Chappell and explained to him what happened. He quickly got his service manager Stefan Weinman involved and they started the claim process. They took care of all the details at Buick, they ordered the part and shipped it to GOODYEAR, they paid for all the labor for work needed to be done, they even paid for my rental car while my SUV was being repaired... including the GAS expense to go back to IDAHO to pick up the car after it was fixed. I am speechless... experience has been phenomenal, they are not only great at servicing your car and making you feel welcome at their dealership... but they also truly stand 100% behind their work. I am a customer for as a long as I live in SLC... and I will be buying my next BUICK at Jerry Seiner South Jordan. Took my GMC in to have the "Check Air Bag" light looked at. I made an appointment so that we wouldn't have to sit and wait in line. I was told when I made the appoinment that it may be a recal light looked at. I made an appointment so that we wouldn't have to sit and wait in line. The technician didn't even start looking at the car until 1:35 after I dropped it off according to the service ticket they gave me. When I called to get updates I was sent to the service associates voicemail and the message I left was never returned. When I returned to the shop I was told that they found an issue and went ahead and repaired it and now I owed them $50. The repair took 2 minutes according to the service ticket they gave me. It seems odd to tell a customer that they may have a recall issue, instead find another problem and then fix it and then charge a customer before getting thier authorization to do so. When I expalined this the service staff I was told "There is nothing I can do" Poor, poor service. More
These guys had the car I wanted with low miles and a good price and I was ready to buy it. The salesman says "here fill this info out we wont run your credit we just need you to fill this out it is standard price and I was ready to buy it. So I did and we were going back and forth with him and the manager about price negotiation and then he accidentally handed me my credit report. I was furious! He told me he would not run my credit unless we agreed on the sale which we had not! Of course I am aware that my credit needs to be ran *IF* I am buying the car. So hopefully this review will help people know before they go in not to fill out your "customer info" sheet. I left the salesmans name off of my review because I don't want to hurt anyone's way of making a living. Just don't give them your info or don't buy from them. More
We have purchased 3 cars from Chris and he has been very helpful. On the latest car, he looks for some time before he found one that fit our needs, price and desires.
