We were very unimpressed! After stating that GMC Yukon XL have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the l have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the lights. Josh stated that the problem was lights and the harness. We replaced on our own and it still didn’t work. Josh was condescending and treated me as if I couldn’t understand the problem. Then when my husband arrived with my car, he acted like it was problem to have discussed the issues with me. I will stick with other dealerships. More
This dealership has got a great staff. Our salesman, Tanner Burner was awesome! He was very professional and helpful in every way! Called to buy a HD truck, Had the approval through GM financial already done, Asked them to only send it to them for finance, They called back and said it was approved through a different financial firm financial already done, Asked them to only send it to them for finance, They called back and said it was approved through a different financial firm. They did not ask my permission to send it to them nor did they have a signature approving my credit pull. When I reminded Frank that I only wanted it sent to GM He replied with he was my advocate to get things done. I already had it done. Very poor customer service and a very bad salesman. In the past I have had a great experience with this dealership. It is to bad they let this happen. More
Worst experience ever. We bought a car over Labor Day weekend. We test drove three cars, settled on one within an hour of getting there. Five hours later, we finally left. The wait was ridiculous to buy weekend. We test drove three cars, settled on one within an hour of getting there. Five hours later, we finally left. The wait was ridiculous to buy the car. They gave us a key that didn’t go to the car. We had to get it programmed. We got a call a month later telling us they never performed emissions. We had to pay for and do that on our own, we were told they wouldn’t reimburse us for that. When we took it for emissions , they told us every filter was filthy, nothing had been done and the Jerry seiner inspection they said was done was clearly not done. We would never return, had a poor experience, and when we talked with mangers they offered nothing to correct the issue. More
