Avoid this dealer. I purchased a used 2017 GMC Seirra 1500 that had a 172 point inspection by ther technicians. They said everything checked out. The day after purchas I purchased a used 2017 GMC Seirra 1500 that had a 172 point inspection by ther technicians. They said everything checked out. The day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a hard shift from 1st to 2nd and a shudder in the Transmission as well as a loud front differential in 4WD. I took the truck into a GMC service center said that the shudder was a known issue with GM 8 speed transmissions and they had a fix for it but it could cost up to $2000 turns out my front differential is also bad and the repairs cost $4000. Managers and my Sales associate from Seiner where no help and would not return my calls. I would expect this kind of treatment at a small shady dealership not a GM Certified Dealer. More

Poor service and communication. My car TWS was not reset upon pick up and I had to ask for them to fix when I brought my car back for the follow work.
