My experience at Jerry Seiner Mazda was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had making a purchase. The car I saw online was not at the dealership but would be delivered in 2 weeks. Seth, the sale worst experience I’ve ever had making a purchase. The car I saw online was not at the dealership but would be delivered in 2 weeks. Seth, the salesman I was working with, told me I needed to pay a $500 deposit to reserve the car. Before doing so, I confirmed several times with Seth that the price on the spec sheet was the total I would be paying for the car, and specifically asked if there were any additional fees. He told me several times that was the total I would pay, and no additional fees. 2 weeks later a different car arrived, and Seth asked if I wanted it. He said the price was exactly the same. I agreed to take that car, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was given a contract for the car that cost $200 more than the original car I picked out, and had about $3k in added fees. When I asked Seth about this, he said those fees go on every car, and it included the Seiner Package, and other fees to “keep the lights on.” I did not want the package or anything else, and Seth refused to remove the fees despite clearly lying to me 2 weeks prior, and said my deposit was nonrefundable. He also never produced a list of what was included in the Seiner Package, or what the additional fees were for. He also said the finance department would remove the extra $200 that was added onto the car, which was for upgraded floor mats. Upgraded floor mats are included in the Seiner Package (the one thing Seth was able to tell me). I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available. In the end, the fees were not removed, nor was the $200 overcharge for the mats that were already included. Additionally, when my car was delivered to me, it was in poor condition. Pieces of the car wrap were on the hood and doors, the plastic door strips included in the Seiner Package were installed as poorly as they could have been and were crooked and already peeling off, and the interior was coated in a sticky residue from the added window tinting (which I eventually was told is part of the package). When I asked for these issues to be corrected, Seth gave a half assed attempt to clean the interior. I eventually had to bring the car back to be cleaned properly. I’ve spoken with the GM of the dealership, Ron Henson, for months about this. He agreed that the sale of my car should not have happened the way that it did and told me that the dealership policy had been updated after my experience to ensure that buyers are told about all fees before paying a deposit, because it isn’t fair to pay a deposit on a price that isn’t the actual total. Ron offered to trade in my car for one worth what I ended up paying as a way to make up for the terrible experience. When I arrived at the dealership, Ron had not communicated any of this to the sales manager. They offered me $12k less than I paid for my car 3 months prior and offered little discount on a different car. The entire scenario was a complete wild goose chase and waste of time. Mario, the sales manager also told me he was shocked to hear about how I was misled when buying my car and told me they remove the cost of the Seiner Package from cars all the time. After that complete waste of time, Ron never apologized for the experience and still has not refunded any of the money I was overcharged. He agreed several times that I was double charged for the floor mats, and still has not refunded that money. And, despite agreeing that I should not have paid for the Seiner Package or the additional fees since they were not disclosed and I stated several times I did not want the package, he will not make things right. Recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership. The truck had 90,000 miles on it. After making the purchase, the next day there was a puddle in my driveway. It was leaking oil from the dealership. The truck had 90,000 miles on it. After making the purchase, the next day there was a puddle in my driveway. It was leaking oil from the rear crankshaft seal which is usually a 3,000$ repair, after I fixed that myself after they would not know how long it would take them to fix it, the alternator failed and left me stranded. The battery in the vehicle was also 4 years old. The air filter was not changed, extremely dirty. They also did not replace the wiper blades, which is what most dealerships do when they put a traded in vehicle for sale. The best they could do was write me a check for a very minimal amount. I am already over 5,000$ dollars into this vehicle and I have not even owned it over a week. Beware of buying ANY used vehicle here. I was also given a loaner vehicle for the time being (before I took my truck back because it would take them too long to fix) which had a broken axle, which also leaks and is not safe to drive. This vehicle was leaking for awhile, but it was cleaned off before I bought it, which is why I did not see anything at first. I have pictures and documentation of everything that has been done, all on my dime. If you consider buying a used vehicle from here, please hire a mechanic of your own to check the vehicle out before you purchase it, because according to their "inspection sheet" presented to me before the sale, it was perfect and there was nothing wrong with this truck. Sadly that was not the case and I have only had headaches ever since I purchased this vehicle from them. Do not have confidence that whatever used vehicle they sell you regardless of the age and mileage, there may be something seriously wrong with it. Deliberately hiding something on a vehicle (cleaning the oil off from it) before selling it is basically the definition of fraud. I do not beleive the options they gave to me are even close to being even based on what I've had to do to this vehicle in such the short time I've had it. The least I would like to do is thank Anthony, one of the managers for having good communication with me and doing the best he could at the time of the situation. More

This dealership is a disaster. From sales to service I have had nothing but lies and trouble. Would never trust them to buy a car again. Sales scheduled an appointment to finalize From sales to service I have had nothing but lies and trouble. Would never trust them to buy a car again. Sales scheduled an appointment to finalize papers and had to sit there for 4 hours because they hadn’t even started paperwork. After they called for us to sign title of car we traded in and when my husband went there no one knew anything and said it was taken care of. Husband had to go there bc we had mail in tire and Crystal told us we had to buy a new tire bc service had been trying to work on tire and couldn’t fix it bc the mail was too big. However when we looked the tire was still on car and no one had even looked at it- lied to try to sell us new tire! Then a week later got another call to come back to sign title(that was taken care of a week ago) and that we both had to sign. Husband got there and they couldn’t find title and it took forever and ended up only needing one signature. HORRIBLE More
They charge you for DMV processing but they don’t do it. I bought a new car and was told I would get plates in the mail. My temporary plate expired and I called to get an update. Lady told me we don’t do th I bought a new car and was told I would get plates in the mail. My temporary plate expired and I called to get an update. Lady told me we don’t do that here you have to go to the dmv to register. What!? It’s a new car, I paid for processing and a month later after my plate expired they say they will not handle the docs. I called 7 times to speak to a supervisor, no reply, straight to voicemail. Mind you I called from same number and I had no problem reaching someone the first time but once they knew I needed their help they stopped communicating. Do not buy a car from here. Don’t be fooled by good reviews. Salesman beg for the survey and I was told if I didn’t leave a good survey he would be fired. More
Was in this Dealership and spoke with a Salesman named Seth. He answered all my questions I feel truthfully. I would definitely refer him to help anyone who is interested in buying a new car. Seth.
