My husband and I decided we needed a new car. My husband started shopping online for one we happen to find a dealership in Phoenix that had a truck for low payments so we decided to go check it out but on started shopping online for one we happen to find a dealership in Phoenix that had a truck for low payments so we decided to go check it out but on our way down there he called and supposedly the truck didn't pass inspection but since we're already on our way there we decided just to go to the courtesy Chevrolet that the truck was originally at so we looked at other vehicles over 5 hours trying to find a vehicle that fit our budget and get qualified for we finally found one and it turned out to be so much of a hassle and so frustrating things went from being perfect grant you they wanted to 1500 down what and was willing to take the three hundred down and a check for the rest and our payments were going to be high and so was my interest then things changed they wanted 750 and didn't tell me till after I got full coverage on the dodge journey I wanted so I I told him I was going to look at other dealerships and I'm glad I didn't know but I was going to meet my new family as my mother and i were driving downtown I happened to see Henry Brown Chevrolet so we parked and as I got of the car my dad called so as I was explaining my frustrating experience with this other dealership Arturo Gonzales was walking up and seeing how upset I was talking to my dad gave me some space after I hung up I explained my frustrations to him and he told me that he would take care of me so we went in and found out that the other dealership did so many inquires that it really hurt my credit so he told me he had one of the best lenders around so I met a gentleman named Devin Guerrero and between him and Arturo got me into my first band new car! With the down payment I could afford with low payments they worked hard for me because of them you now have a lifetime customer it was fast with no stress no frustrating moments I was treated with respect and like family and what I love most is they believed in me and did what they needed to be done don't lose those two they are the best!
