I bought four new tires and also needed to have them mounted as well to include rotation and the whole spectrum. I also requested an oil change. I was to bring my car in at 8:00 am for it to be returne mounted as well to include rotation and the whole spectrum. I also requested an oil change. I was to bring my car in at 8:00 am for it to be returned with work completed in roughly 2 to 4 hours, however it ended up being an overnight deal not getting my car back until the next day. I will say it was inconveniencing but it all turned out ok and Mr. Tim was apologetic for the delay. So far everything seems fine and I will go back to them for future servicing. More

Excellent experience, Joseph kept me updated on the status of parts and repair to make sure I was covered all the way up to pick up day, which I was greeted with a clean fully repaired vehicle. Brought my truck in because it was leaking coolant. The service guy said a small rock had punctured the radiator. Cost was $1300. I left drove around the corner only to find out it's still leaking. I took my truck back for the 3rd (twice in the same day) time. Now they say it's a hose on lower side of the radiator. So now I have to pay 200 for a hose. GMC that's unacceptable. My truck has been here several times in last few weeks and it's the same thing. No way should I have to pay twice after you guys misdiagnosed my vehicle. Someone in service department should do a better job at making sure the vehicles that come in are being cared for appropriately. If they don't know how to adequately diagnose a vehicle they shouldn't be there. The pressure and dye tests should have been first. Not last. Was it really a rock? Or was it just a hose and they screwed up.. either way it's not right. Doesn't matter what I'm spending or not spending. Bottom line is when you your vehicle in for repairs you expect for them to do there job. More
Bought a Vehicle here and I really didn't care for the end result of the sale because the former money man lied to me about my trade in and I didn't catch it for a few months. But, The service manager has taken my bad dealings away with the way he treats me & others in a Very Good Way. Larry is probably the Best service manager since the former manager who was also good. Larry treats people the way that he would want to be treated and that Earns him a YAHOO from me. I have had over 20 new cars and he is in the Top 2 managers that I have dealt with. Kudo's to you Larry cause you make it worth my while for coming back there. A couple of your service writers I can do without but your Great. Thanks Again for the Excellent Service. More
