The service department at Jerry Seiner is very unprofessional and rude. I called regarding a used vehicle I had purchased from them and an extended warranty that the insurance said they need to ho unprofessional and rude. The service technician flat out told us, “It’s not our problem, I don’t need to help you. Call Honda for help.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and asked for his name. He refused to give his name and refused to give the phone to a manager. I called back and spoke to a sales manager to find out the guys name was Tony. I will never buy any cars from there ever again or contact them for any services. Horrible service worker that was unbelievably rude and lazy. He did not want to call the insurance to find out if we can bring the car there, he said, “It’s not his job.” They sell the warranty but do not want to do the claims. Beware if you plan on going there. If you read reviews most of them are negative towards the service department. More

My husband has personally approached Larry regarding this problem who assured us it would be ready for pick up on Veteran's Day, but as I figured, no call or readiness. We feel we have been disrespected and ignored due to not being offered a rental at their cost considering the circumstance. By experience, I've been offered in the past a rental at no cost if the dealership is going to keep our vehicle for a long period of time. We have spent up to $700 in Uber costs to get to/from work, outside activity functions and school activities. Larry represented that he cannot issue any credits to us or our part/labor fees considering what we've been through and frankly is still without our truck. More

Customer Service is the BEST. I took my GMC Denali in for service and was attended by Stephen Lubawy. I have to say that when I made my appointment to get my oil change I expected it to take a lot longer. They took me in right away and they were ready for me. They are very professional and polite. I have been a loyal customer of this GMC dealership since 2016 and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. I can tell you that the service department continues to set the highest standard for th 2016 and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. I can tell you that the service department continues to set the highest standard for their competitors. Mr. Larry Tinnin has done it again…he had me bring my 2020 Denali 2500HD in with no appointment for a quick look at the truck. The issue was a fuel leak that had the potential of becoming severe. All said and done, Mr. Tinnin made sure that my granddaughters and I did not end up stranded on the highway. Thank you Jerry Seiner for your staff’s commitment to your customers More
This is the first car we purchased from the dealer, we found them when we moved to the area and we had a GM vehicle that they worked on. We are pleased with the service and now we took on the sales. We are satisfied with both, I just wish the service advisors would have some longevity. It seems that whenever I go there its someone new I have to deal with. We have the car that needed, good car, the right payments and the color was perfect. We did encounter a situation where the name was mixed up on a service item, the paint. In order to maintain the warranty we have to have it brought in and washed and treated. Someone got our names mixed up with another customer. I kinda got the runaround with two staff members trying to get it straight. Larry, who said he was a service manager took over and got it fixed, so I'm pleased More
