This interaction was very transactional and left out of the dealership without getting connected, audibly to the car. Made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived and, though there were many salespeople around, one fellow came up and asked if I was the person with the appointment. Everyone else stayed a Arrived and, though there were many salespeople around, one fellow came up and asked if I was the person with the appointment. Everyone else stayed away! Perfect! Already knew I wanted the car and to do a trade-in. The whole transaction took several hours (not a problem, just paperwork and a wonderful test drive) dealing with very nice folks including the “shadow.” Even drove the 1:45 to deliver the car and pickup the title. More

Was disappointed that car only came with one key. Bryan did help in making this right. Also when I got home noticed the car was leaking oil. When they changed oil before I purchased they did not tigh Bryan did help in making this right. Also when I got home noticed the car was leaking oil. When they changed oil before I purchased they did not tighten the oil cap. So I had to spend yet another day running around dealing with this. More
