While I feel like the process could have been a lot quicker. (We were there 5 hours)We had to wait on the phone 30 minutes for our loan agent with our personal bank so that we could get the rate we wan quicker. (We were there 5 hours)We had to wait on the phone 30 minutes for our loan agent with our personal bank so that we could get the rate we wanted. Well what do you know Jerry Hunt wants to match it. Wish they could have quit the games and have us the rate before the runaround. We did already know beforehand the car we were looking to if not it may have been 7-8 hours! We ended up getting what we wanted in the end.Just HATE the games they play. I hope it's another 10 years before we have to go through this again. More
