Salesman was great. Customer service afterwards was not. Never received a call stating the vehicle wasn’t ready to pick up, drove an hour and car was not even close to b Customer service afterwards was not. Car was then delivered to our house, smelled of cigarette smoke and was dirty. Customer service stated they would comp us floor mats. Waited 2 months for floor mats. Told us to go ahead and buy them and they’d reimburse. Never have been reimbursed. Great at getting you to buy a vehicle, but once you’ve bought it the customer service goes away. Would kit purchase from here again. Definitely will go to a legit dealership who takes care of their customers. More
I was very impressed with all the reviews of Jerry Hunt we had seen and so was excited and optimistic about our car buying experience. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We totally understan we had seen and so was excited and optimistic about our car buying experience. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We totally understand things happen, but this experience turned into a saga and nothing could be offered to us accept “sincere apologizes”. Starters, we had made an appointment to view the car, we understood it was in the service center and we wouldn’t be allowed to test drive it and we were fine with that. The car meet all our expectations and our dealer let us know we could put a deposit down on the car and once the car would be ready we could come test drive and if we still liked it, purchase it. The whole first part went flawless up until that point, excellent service, willingness to answer questions, etc. Then once we signed papers stating we would put a deposit down service turned upside down quickly. We had to wait a good while until the dealer came back, I figured that was normal for paperwork. Our 11 month old grew very fussy and we began to get impatient.Then The dealer comes back with a review paper for us to fill out, we assumed we were pretty much done at that point and left a nice review. An hour plus later we get taken back to a financial officers office. It was sort of frustrating because our infant is going crazy at this point, I am trying anything to calm him down. We had already signed an agreement on our cash price and this man was so mad we did not want a warranty (that he also wouldn’t tell us the price of 💁🏼♀️) Finally we get to signing the final papers, put our deposit down and leave. The last thing our dealer said to us was he would be calling the service station every morning and would keep us updated. A few days passed by and we got to wondering if there was any updates, we hadn’t heard anything. I called and was given a run around and transferred to different people, a little frustrating but I also understand they didn’t know about it and it took them time to dig into the situation. A few more days pass of me calling and finally the dealer himself started texting us. On Friday he let us know the car was being detailed and would be ready for us to come get. We arranged childcare for all three of our children this time and headed up a few hours later. It’s about a 45 min drive one way so it took some planning with babysitters to get it worked out for us to go. We arrive and our dealer finally comes out to us and says he’s going to look for the car. It takes forever but he’s found the car and claims he just has to get it pulled around. A really long time passed and he finally comes out to let us know the car has a scratch they missed on it and it’ll be a few hours before it’s ready and wanted to deliver to us. It was certainly not the circumstances we wanted but we appreciated the honesty. It was super frustrating to have paid babysitters and taken off up there but we understood accidents happen. He arranges delivery for the next day, I made it very clear we would be home but must leave 11:30am and would be gone most of the day. He told me no problem, he would text me around 9 and the car would be delivered by 9:30 am. Saturday rolls around and 9 passes and I hear nothing, I thought he might’ve forgot to text. I finally reach out to him after 9:30 and they haven’t even left yet. He reassured me they would be headed that way soon and I could expect them at 10:45. We wait around all morning for them to finally arrive at 11:20, with no explanation of any hold ups. The driver hops out and immediately lights a cigarette, spoke a few words and leaves. The car had a cigarette aroma when we first got into it, and it was no where near as clean as we expected on the inside. I love the car but so dissatisfied about the service and the way they seemed to have no respect of our time. My husband and I both run small businesses and this is just not the way to treat clients. I really hoped for better but will certainly not be back. More
