My windshield wiper, driver side would not operate so I took the car into be serviced. Matt met me , saw the problem and said hang on a minute. He came back with a wrench, popped the cover on the wiper, and adjusted the wiper and tightened down the nut. He snapped the cover back on and said "You are good to go". I was out of there in five minutes, I was prepared to wait much longer to get it fixed. This was done at no charge. This is just a recent example of how well you are treated. They have such a great attitude towards the customer. They are the best! More

I was referred to Rich by my parents who also purchased an equinox in 2009. They mentioned that Rich was great and very helpful. He definitely lived up to his reputation. He initially met with us in January and we test drove the Equinox. He answered all of our questions (we had a ton) and we were also able to meet Joe his manager. Both Rich and Joe went above and beyond addressing all of our questions and concerns (we were first time car buyers). Rich even followed up with me via a phone call which was very thoughtful. Their service and dilligence were not forgotten, because in February we came back and committed to purchasing the Equinox. I love my new car, it drives like a dream! I would definitely recommend Rich, Joe and Haggerty Chevrolet to anyone!
