For the last couple of years we have been bringing all our vehicles to Haggerty and we won't go anywhere else. Matt Rotunno is amazing. He is always happy, honest and listening. I never felt rushed to get me out the door. He listened to all my concerns and called to follow up on them. I don't expect that level of customer service especially at a service center but they are consistently exceeding our expectations. Also the repairs have always been fixed the first time and we are charged a fair price. Matt makes is clear what they did. I rarely write reviews but everyone needs to know about your service! More

After searching for an suv for over a year, I located THE car at this dealership. We went in thinking we were going to be told all sorts of lies about the vehicle in order to make a purchase, just as we were car at this dealership. If he didn't know the answer he would look it up. If I was curious about anything, he would point me in the right direction. He also stated, "if you're not pleased with our financing rate, you may seek out your own." There was no pressure from Paul. Due to Paul's genuinely modest, humble, and hones personality we purchased the vehicle. I didn't feel as though he was trying to take advantage of us. I realize then that even though the car was awesome, the service was what sealed the deal. The finance guy (Mike) was just as helpful.
