Just wanted to let you know I had excellent service from Bob, I brought my Corvette in to be fixed and granted they had the car for 23 days by no fault of the dealer. The car needed 2 parts which he called every dealer around to find for us and finally did. I would recomend this dealership to everyone and will continue to use them. Paul Kucia was the very best person I ever worked with, after my third attempt to purchase a new vehicle he and the other co- workers got me into a new vehicle in which the two other dealers couldn't. Upon doing alot of research in looking for a good used/priced second car I was about to give up but as I was looking I was very impressed that this dealership is BBB approved. We had been talking with Jerry Teafoe for a while about getting a new vehicle, when we went in late Friday,unfortunately we had just missed Jerry but Larry stepped up and advised us that he would be glad t getting a new vehicle, when we went in late Friday,unfortunately we had just missed Jerry but Larry stepped up and advised us that he would be glad to assist us. We met Don, the sales manager, Jerry, the owner, Matt, who has serviced our other vehicles. Every one was glad we came in, happy to address any questions, show us any vehicle, let us test drive and to a man complimented us on the excellent condition of the 2004 Colorado we were going to be trading in. I had started feeling ill and even though they had spent several hours with us agreed that we should return when I was feeling better. Everyone wished us well and then there was a followup call by Larry to see how I was feeling. When we went back to the dealership, the vehicle we wanted was all ready and brought up front for us to see and drive. Jerry Haggerty, himself, took a look at the Colorado, drove it and complimented what excellent condition it was is. The trade in allowance was fair for a vehicle that was 8 years old and had close to 90000 miles on it. When we asked them to do better on the sticker price for us, they did. Mike took time to explain the mounds of paper work you have to sign & processed everything. It was all so easy, no pressure, no attitudes, was like being with old friends and we walked out to our brand new beautiful Equinox, with time set, favorite radio stations progammed, full tank of gas, cleaned from top to bottom and front to rear, plates on, seats warmed. The entire experience warmed our hearts. THIS WAS SO PLEASANT. Thank you Larry, Jerry, Don, Mike,and Matt it was a fantastic doing business with you and still can't believe that beautiful vehicle is OURS. This is why this is the third vehicle we have purchased from you. You're the best. More
