I don't want to ever have to take my car anywhere else and am a customer for life. I leave there after every experience with a smile on my face. I was able to chat online about a VW I was interested in with Newell Colber (Internet Manager) at 11 PM on Sunday, come in o been a great experience. I went to Jennings VW to start my search for a used car. I found quickly that I did not need to make any more stops, as the service and selection were excellent! Eric was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me out with every aspect of my purchase. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient. I did not feel pressured or rushed by him at any point, which is what my experience has been at other dealers in the past. You can tell he truly loves his job and wants his customers to be completely satisfied. I was more then impressed with the entire process. Also, Paula in finance was great. She explained all the financing and paperwork clearly so that I could understand each document. I felt completely at ease. Jennings is lucky to have Eric and Paula as employees, since both exceed at what they do! Everything went so smoothly and I left feeling like I got a great car for a great price. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Jennings VW and to Eric. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More
