I have never purchased a car before and was brought to Jennings after seeing the national offer on television. I was quite scared and worried that having no experience in buying/leasing a car would make m Jennings after seeing the national offer on television. I was quite scared and worried that having no experience in buying/leasing a car would make me a perfect target for a greedy car salesman looking to scam me. Upon arriving at Jennings, I was immediately comfortable with the setting given the friendliness and laid-back atmosphere in the dealership. Mike helped me from start to finish, and always made me feel like this was going to be a piece of cake. Andrew and Paula did their best to find me a monthly payment that would be within my price range, even though I decided to go with a vehicle that was nicer than the one I originally went in for. I was SO pleased, happy and satisfied with everyone at Jennings and STRONGLY recommend for anyone looking to buy a VW to head over there! More

Arek (Sales & Leasing) presented us with all the options and offers that best fit our needs. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The day we picked up our vehicle it was close to the closing time. However, Arek took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure we fully understand all the functions and capabilities of our brand new car. It was well after closing time but he did not rush one bit. The day after we bought the car, Arek even followed up to make sure all was well. The customer service level is without a doubt 5 stars. We had a great experience. My sister bought a new volkswagon jetta from Amir and a few weeks later I went in and bought a new jetta from Amir as well. I cannot say enough how wonderful this guy was to buy a car from!! Not your typ few weeks later I went in and bought a new jetta from Amir as well. I cannot say enough how wonderful this guy was to buy a car from!! Not your typical salesmen at all! My whole family always buy Fords' and now we will all be buying volkswagons from now on! Amir covered everything for us down to the new insurance my sister and I had to get. He went so above and beyond any car salesmen has ever done! He didn't bug or try to get you to buy more or BS us on anything. He is so knowlegable on cars it is unbelievable and he took care of everything in both my old and new cars. He spent the extra time to set up everything in my new car and show how to use everything possible there was to use in the car. He was so nice and down to earth and my whole family will be buying their cars from him from now on! What a great guy!! More

WITHIN MINUTES OF TALKING TO NEWELL COLBERT HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A VEHICLE FOR ME WITH THE COLOR AND ENGINE THAT I PREFFERED. VEHICLE WAS OUT OF STATE BUT MR MIKE FEZATTE TOOK OVER AND 5 DAYS LATER AT 09. TO LOCATE A VEHICLE FOR ME WITH THE COLOR AND ENGINE THAT I PREFFERED. VEHICLE WAS OUT OF STATE BUT MR MIKE FEZATTE TOOK OVER AND 5 DAYS LATER AT 09.30 AM HE SUPRISED ME WTIH A PICTURE THAT MY CAR HAS ARRIVED 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN IT'S SUPOSE TO. SAME NIGHT WALKED UP TO THE DEALER AND MIKE FEZATTE GOT ALL THE PAPERWORK PREPARED WALKED US BY THE CAR FOR DELIVERY INSPECTION. THAN EVERYTHING WAS FINALIZED BY PAULA CIOLINO WHO WAS A VERY PLEASANT,QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL PERSON. LESS THAN AN HOUR I WAS OUT WITH A NEW VEHICLE IN MY HANDS. THIS WAS THE MOST PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND JENNING TO EVERYONE. Once we settled on the car we wanted, we had a deal within 10 minutes. Jason was polite and helpful. Andrew was pleasant and to the point. All in all, it was one of the easier car buying experiences we've had. More
