My mom bought a Jetta (new) from here in '09, and after a lot of searching and debate, I sold my car (2000 Audi S4) and bought a Certified Used '10 CC from here about a week ago. He is the most knowledgeable car sales man I have ever dealt with. To be honest, I would not be surprised if he left this sales position in the future because his communication skills and ability to understand the very technical details of these modern machines is just above and beyond what I would ever expect from a car sales man. I would say he is over-qualified for this position. During my search, Amir actually had to leave for a weekend because VW of America picked him to represent the American Sales team at the Geneva Auto Show in Switzerland! I guess that kind of recognition speaks for itself. He recognized the car enthusiast in me and could give me all the technical information I wanted out of him without a shred of doubt. He showed me features of the car during our test drives that easily convinced me that I was making the right choice in my purchase. He also went above and beyond with my specific car purchase. I bought a car off their lot that was just taken in on a dealer trade, and it was only there for one night. It passed the certification process to be sold as a certified used car, but they had not had time to actually perform the work they deemed necessary yet due to the fact that it was only on the lot for a few hours by the time i decided i wanted to purchase it. Amir was able to get the management at Jennings VW to approve the fix of each and every detail of the car i wanted fixed. He probably got some heat for it, but that is the type of guy i feel Amir is. He is an enthusiast at heart, not a sales guy. He would rather I be 100% happy with my purchase than fret about margins on a car sale. I would recommend this dealership and especially Amir to anybody that is looking to buy a car. 110% satisfied with the entire experience and I can't be more thankful for how happy I am in my new (used) car! The best part about the whole thing for me, was that Amir recognized how much I cared about the details. He introduced me to the lead tech at the dealership so i could directly talk to him about any worries i had. I have never been more confident in a car purchase and the ability of the dealership to keep me satisfied moving forward. Overall, just a great experience! I was very impressed with Jennings overall. My father, mother, and brother have bought vehicles from both Chevrolet and Volkswagen. Although he said he did not know much about the Jettas, he did help me pick one out via the Jennings website and got my appraisal on the 2002 Buick started. He personally brought me over to the Volkswagen dealership and introduced me to Mike Fezatte, who enthusiastically helped me out. He took me to the fenced car lot (off of Chestnut) and we found the exact car I wanted to purchase. We test drove it and gave me a good spiel on the features of the car. When we got back to the dealership to work out the figures, and get the paperwork ready, Mike made sure I was comfortable; i.e., asking me if I wanted a refreshment or anything. When I was confused about something, he always explained it simply and did not make it sound like he was talking out of his behind. He was honest and didn't try to push me (talk me) into something I did not want. I was appreciative of Chris Mader for coming back over to see how things were going and to congratulate me on my purchase. Paula was very friendly and expeditious in getting the paperwork ready, for me, to go over and sign. Even though she explained to me, in short, what I was signing, she was patient and allowed me to read the documents before I signed each one. Like Bredemann Ford, I will hold Jennings Volkswagen/Chevrolet in high regard for their dedicated sales department and would have no reservations about making future purchases, or recommending friends and other family to purchase their vehicles from this dealership. When I come in for service or just a car wash, I am treated as a friend. This is the way all businesses should be run and this is the reason that, as long as VW continues to make excellent cars, I will always be a Jennings customer. I walked into Jennings VW to just take a look. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and I felt very comfortable. My decision was to go with the Passat and he offered to show me a few models to make sure I see the various options each offers. I am aware that he up sold me, but, I also know that the extra features are well worth it to me and I am happy he offered to show a car with the right features and price. My family over the years we have purchased a number of VW's from Jennings and even though it's always been a good experience Mike brings it up a step and always with a smile. After the sale he took time to program my dash to show what is important to me and also programmed my phone and ipod, which is so helpful. I have recommended Mike to friends who are looking for a car and I will definitely return to Jennings for my next vehicle. I have been a loyal Jennings VW customer since 1996 and have never had a bad experience there, whether it be with sales, financing, or service. I was referred to Jennings VW by a co-worker of mine who has purchased/leased 5+ vehicles from this specific dealership. I did my homework, decided what I wanted and reached out to the contact that my co-wo has purchased/leased 5+ vehicles from this specific dealership. I sent him an email identifying who I was, what I wanted, and how I wanted to be treated. I could not have asked for a more professional and comforting response. I promptly received an email back (not an annoying immediate phone call) requesting that I come in and speak with him. I jumped on the opportunity. Upon walking in, Arek greeted me warmly, sat me down, and simply listened to me. I reiterated what I wanted, explained my financial situation, and went for a ride. After we returned, Arek did not pressure me into sticking around, but told me that he would go to bat for me and then get back to me with the results. I met Andrew on the way out as he would be who I would end up working with on the numbers side. A few hours later I received a very positive and up-beat phone message from Arek indicating he had good news. There's nothing more re-assuring than hearing "I think you're really going to be happy with what we are able to do". I considering my options over the weekend, and the more I thought about it, the less I wanted to look anywhere else. My comfort level was right where I wanted it to be and I was anxious to hear what Arek had for me. Monday evening I returned to Jennings to talk things over with Andrew. When I arrived, the car Arek had picked out for me was all shiny, clean, and sitting in the garage waiting for me. I went back, sat down with Andrew, and less than 30 minutes later I was proudly shaking his hand to seal the deal. I have bad credit. I know I have bad credit. I established that from the get-go. Andrew and Jennings VW made it possible for me to drive off last night in a beautiful brand new 2013 Tiguan SE. I received exactly what I wanted for my trade in, had a nice initial discount from Andrew, threw in auto show bonus cash, and walked out putting down what I wanted at a comfortable lease rate. Even finalizing the deal with Paula at the end of the evening was a pleasurable experience. Her up-beat sense of humor and warm personality made me feel like I was doing the right thing while I was signing off on everything.
