We found all of that in Mike Fezette at Jennings VW in Glenview. Hands down, after decades of car buying, Mike is THE BEST car salesmen we have ever worked with. He made the entire experience extraordinary and positive. Mike helped us focus on the cars features that were most important to us and then located a vehicle that matched our needs perfectly so that we could drive it home the next day. Mike gave us a great out-the-door price without any game playing, as well as all the options we had available to us for paying. He encouraged us to choose what worked best for us. And, the sale wasn't over when we picked up the car. Mike carefully reviewed the vehicle, pointing out all it's features so that we could drive off with confidence knowing how to operate the car. I went to Jennings just to see what they had to offer. On my arrival there Mike Fezatte was right by the door to greet me. He was very friendly and knowlegable about all that Jennings had to offer. Although, I was there "JUST LOOKING" Mike's great service and professionalism made me get a brand new car. I was very pleased with Mike's great attitude. I love my new car and, if Mike wasn't there I highly doubt I would've drove away in my new car. I wish I could have given him a higher rating then 5 stars. He deserves at least 10 stars! He understood well what the experience of buying a new car is like from the perspective of the buyer, and he took account that into account in the way he dealt with us. We would be very happy to work with Amir in buying our next car. There were no "hidden" costs to be revealed later on in closing the deal. The price we were initially quoted included everything. The quality of the service department was a factor in choosing a dealer, so we looked at reviews of local VW dealers in Yelp. (Though I see now I could also have checked here on DealerRater.com.) There seemed to be a significant difference in the quality of the service departments from one dealer to another; and Jennings seemed noticeably better than its competitors. So we bought the car at Jennings even though the negotiated price we accepted in the end was *possibly* slightly higher than the other dealers. (I say "possibly" because with the other dealers, there well might have been surprise costs to be revealed only later on in the purchasing process.) It was worth it, to buy from a dealer with an excellent service department. Bottom line price isn't the only thing that matters. The impression you have of your dealer colors how you feel about the car itself later on. Happily, our experience with Jennings Volkswagen, and with Amir in particular, left us with a very good feeling. More

I came to Jennings thinking I would not leave with a car because of my lack of credit. Not only were they able to get me approved for a car loan, but they were also able to get me a low interest rate, 6%, c because of my lack of credit. Not only were they able to get me approved for a car loan, but they were also able to get me a low interest rate, 6%, considering the fact that I only had 1 credit card for 3 months and a personal loan that I had been paying for about 6 months. Amir was by far one of the best salesman I have ever met. He got me into the exact car that I wanted. He was very genuine and seemed like he actually cared. I was very pessimistic about everything, but he assured if anyone could finance me it would be his finance team and he was right. I would recommend Jennings to anyone and everyone. Make sure to see Amir. When you're there you do not feel like you are in a dealership. It is much more relaxing. Kudos to Amir. More
