He was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped guide me to a decision that accommodated my needs in my price range. He then proceeded to show me all of the features of the car and explained to me step by step how and why they work. Overall, I walked away a very happy man. I have to say David is a very nice young man, friendly and no-pushy at all. Even though this dealer's price is not as good as my expectation, experience here was wonderful. Not to mention they'll take care of all the paperwork, they even sent a car with me to airport to drop off my rental car and took me back and reimburse my rent delay money. I hope I could do business with this dealer in the future and highly recommend David and Amir as your salesman, who is really helpful and kind. A little disappointment is that they didn't give me a full tank fuel even though David said they would before I bought the car. David explained to me later that their manager said they just gave half tank fuel for used car. Considered this man has been there for only two weeks, I think it was OK. More

My fiance and I were in the market to purchase a new car, but were in no immediate rush. One weekend we decided to stop by Jennings on a whim as it was on the way home. Immediately we were greeted by Julia but were in no immediate rush. One weekend we decided to stop by Jennings on a whim as it was on the way home. Immediately we were greeted by Juliana, who was friendly and personable - the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. What initially was supposed to be a quick perusal of VWs ended up being a test drive out to the inventory lot and a comparison of the Passat tdi vs. Jetta tdi vs. Jetta hybrid. A couple hours later, armed with a plethora of information (and pretty much sold on the Passat tdi but not yet ready to purchase) we left Jennings. Juliana followed up with us with a few phone calls, but definitely was not pushy and was very patient with us as we were weighing our options. 3 weeks later, we were ready to buy and started to get some numbers together. As we did our research, we reached out to multiple other dealerships to see what other offers were out there. There were 1 or 2 that could better the price quoted by Jennings by 1k or more. We mentioned the price differences to Juliana and she quickly got her manager involved to present different options to us. Overall, not too much of a difference, but the x-factor in this whole buying process was Juliana - we just wanted to give our business to her. We felt that she earned it and made us feel the most comfortable out of everyone we spoke to. We know she is fairly new (especially compared to the rest of the tenured staff there) and couldn't answer some of our detailed questions but she was honest about it and always knew where/who to reach out to in order to get the answer we needed. Working in a service industry myself, I know I tend to be overly critical about any customer service I receive. Even still, Juliana met my expectations. I hate to admit this, but this was my first car purchase ever in my life. I've heard multiple nightmare stories from other people's bad experiences, so I braced myself as we went in. I'm not sure if it was because I expected the worst, but other than it taking a long time (who knew there were so many things to sign!) and feeling bad for keeping everyone past 10pm on a Tuesday night, it was not bad. Mike, Ken, Paula - everyone was patient and informative. Overall, Jennings stood out to us because of the people. We hope those same people are there in the future when we are in the market again for a car. More
