I recently purchased a new VW Jetta SE with connectivity and sunroof from Jennings Volkswagen. I am a first time car buyer so I was very nervous about buying a new a car. You hear so many negative stories about buying cars from dealerships BUT my experience at Jennings VW was great. I had sent emails regarding the Jetta I was interested in to different dealerships. Keith Burns was the ONLY dealer that sent me exactly what I wanted (A quote of what I was going to pay that was broken nicely so I could see exactly where the my money was going!). Before I went any further I wanted to know what kind of interest they could get me. I spoke with Paula and she managed to get me an AWESOME interest rate. I then spoke to Armando and this dude was phenomenal! He got me the exact car I wanted (he went the extra mile and had the car I wanted [I'm a picky individual] shipped to there dealership straight from the factory)! It took around a month for my car to arrive and while I waited anxiously Armando kept is communication with me alive! He kept me informed with the location of my vehicle until it finally arrived. When I went to go get the car there was ABSOLUTELY NO BS. Everyone was very friendly, the process was very smooth, and lastly, I got what I wanted! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! All of the positive reviews we had read about Jennings prior to our experience there seemed to be right on the money. There was no pressure to make a purchase and David was more than accommodating when we wanted to take multiple vehicles out for a spin, both new and pre-owned. I was in the market for a new car because of my long commute to my new job. I had a great experience with Jerry and decided to go back to him. I was unsure if I wanted to buy another Chevy and Jerry recommended I pay a visit next door which is Jennings Volkswagon. Jerry walked me over and introduced me to Juliana. Juliana was wonderful and personable. She asked the right questions and based on my answers she felt a Jetta TDI would best suit me. Juliana is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the vehicles she is selling. I have had the car since the 18th of January and have only had to fill up twice, which is great with all the miles I put in. Also, Juliana mentioned the trunk space and she was right, I was able to fit and lay my big, puffy wedding dress in nicely. Juliana goes beyond her professional protocol and makes it a point to personally interact with each family member. Juliana humored my fiancé and she paid extra attention to my eight year old daughter which meant the world to me. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'm glad to have met Juliana. More

The sales manager and my salesman were friendly, informative and very easy to work with. They took my trade-in at a great price and made the entire transaction an easygoing and delightful process. Even their Starbucks machine was a joy to have at the end of a busy day. I purchased a convertible coupe and it is just the car I wanted. I can't wait to drive it this summer with the top down. Between the great service, the warranty and the price, buying a car from Jennings is a winning experience!!! More

We got a new VW Passat from Jennings and are very pleased with the customer service, friendliness, pricing, ease of financing and the customer-oriented-non-pushy sales culture at Jennings. It was bitterly cold and a snowstorm was brewing when we went to the dealership on New Year's Eve. We were a little hesitant to shop in such weather but didn't want to miss out on end of year sale. Surprisingly, the adverse weather had no affect on customer service at Jennings. We were greeted by Juliana Perberg and things went very warm and smooth from there on. She was very knowledgeable about VWs and eloquently explained various features of different Passat trims. We were specifically looking for a 2.5 liter 5-spd which is not as common now. Jennings didn't have the vehicle in their lot. So we had to drive to their vehicle warehouse to test drive one. We were very impressed by Juliana's customer service as she wholeheartedly cleaned two cars in bitter cold to arrange for our test drive. We liked the car and wanted to make a deal on it. Andrew Low gave us a very good price, the price beat both truecar and costco prices. We knew it was a good deal but still wanted to sleep over it before making the purchase. Andrew and Juliana were very respectful of our decision and didn't push or rush us to make the purchase decision. We got back two days later, made the purchase and also got very good financing rate from Jennings (Paula Ciolino got us a better conventional financing rate than what our credit union was offering). Paula did an excellent job and the loan process was very smooth. She explained all the available additional warranties and insurances but never pushed us or tried to influence our decision. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant car buying experience at Jennings. I would recommend everyone to purchase at Jennings. More
