Armando Mariscal was my Sales Rep. Ken Lyon knew that I wasn't purchasing at the 1st visit but wanted to make sure all questions were answered, they were. When I was trying to decide on the exact color and model (Moonrock Silver w/Cornsilk Interior, which Jennings didn't have in stock) Armando went out of his way to bring me to their overflow lot and see the actual colors on another model. At that point Andrew Low was brought into the process and was fair in the negotiation process and investigated doing a trade at another dealer to get exactly the colors/options we wanted . What I discovered in my visits to three dealerships was not only did Jennings VW offer me the best monthly lease rate, I found the Jennings VW staff a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Specifically the Internet Sales Manager, Keith Burns who was my initial contact that set the positive tone and made my leasing experience very enjoyable and provided me the monthly lease rate I was looking to achieve. The Product Specialist David Proux was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining everything I needed to know about my new Passat. When it came to completing and signing all the paperwork, the Business Manager Mike Fezatte had a great personality and made what is usually a boring process actually enjoyable. Great buying experience. Wow, what a great experience. A lot has changed since the last time I purchased a new vehicle. Did not feel any pressure. It was just a matter from what dealership to purchase the car. Was greeted by Armando who asked all the right questions. He was very patient in answering my questions, which I had many. After my game plan of visiting multiple dealerships that day, I was convinced that I did not need to shop any further. Buying process was thorough. Negotiating was reasonable...I even put Armando in the hot seat...he was literally in a front of a window with the sun glaring at him. When it came time to taking delivery, he again patiently went through all the details of the car. Lots of salespeople will look for the next "kill", but Armando was not that type. He was a real professional. I normally don't take the time to write up any referral, but I felt this needed to be said. In case you were wondering, Armando is NOT related to me. I am just a regular guy from Chicago who would recommend trying these guys out. More

My wife and I had a great experience at Jennings. We were immediately impressed with the layout and appearance of the dealership. Armando Mariscal greeted us at the door and walked us through the entire process from picking out which models to test drive, to the test drive itself, to showing us all the cars features at 8:30 PM after our purchase was complete. Every part of the process was a cut above other dealerships. The test drive was extensive, informative, and without any pressure. During negotiations Armando was honest and a deal was reached that was fair for all involved. As I mentioned above, he went above and beyond after the purchase by answering all of our questions and fully introducing us to our vehicle. I would very much recommend both Armando and Jennings Volkswagen to anyone looking for elite customer service and a good price on an excellent vehicle. We look forward to coming back in the future. I've been leasing vehicles for the last 15 years, the last three with Volkswagon. When my lease came up for renewal, there was no question in my mind about switching to another brand, as I had been very last three with Volkswagon. When my lease came up for renewal, there was no question in my mind about switching to another brand, as I had been very happy with my Jetta. I upgraded this time around, primarily because I wanted the bluetooth feature. In addition to that, I've gained perks of heated leather seats, a faster engine and nicer trim/styling on the exterior. I've had the new car for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. It's really a treat to drive! As far as customer service, the Jennings VW dealer in Glenview, IL is top notch, and I highly recommend them. I set up a general timeframe with Mike, to come in and look at cars. Mike is the business manager, he came out to greet me and discuss what I was hoping to do. Mike introduced me to Amir, on the sales team, who took over from there. Amir knows these cars from the bottom up, his passion for the Volkswagon brand and high performing cars came through in a positive, confident manner. I was reassured when he was able to answer all of my questions immediately. We went through the process of deciding which model to buy and ultimately trying to locate the one I selected. I came back a few days later when the car arrived to fill out the lease paperwork. Amir is a pleasure to work with and I would seek him out again when this lease expires. I also spoke with David Proux while Amir was handling the return of my 2011 Jetta. David was also very engaging, knew a lot about the vehicles and asked several questions about the Jetta I was leasing. I met with Paula next, as she handled my lease. I worked with Paula in 2011 with my last lease and was impressed at that time how quickly and efficiently she handled the paperwork. At other dealers the paperwork could take hours, but Paula guaranteed 45 minutes and she was right! I'm happy to say that she completed all the paperwork in record time again this time, and it was nice to talk to her about the dealership, etc. I have to say that everyone I spoke with was clearly happy to be working at Jennings. It is apparent there is mutual respect and courtesy at Jennings VW. It's a very positive atmosphere. David even stopped in to say goodbye when I was in with Paula. Amir reviewed all the options in the Jetta and set up my phone contacts so I could use the bluetooth immediately. He even pre-programmed the radio stations to match what I had in my 2011!
