I was glad to hear that Keith Burns was promoted as he had done a great job getting me into my Passat. I was directed to David Proux and we discussed the possibility of a 2014 model and lease. I am already sold on the car, and certainly some of the upgrades. Both David and Mike went did a great job getting me the car and color that I liked. David talked suggested the platinum gray which I like very much. I came in to sign the paper the papers and told them I had to leave in a certain period of time as I had just flown in and was on my way to my sons' baseball game. For the first time ever I was out of the dealership not only earlier from what they said, but all of my things, and sticker were put on the new car. VW Jetta After having owned my 2005 VW GTI for over 9 years, I knew it was getting time to bite the bullet. I initially looked at a newer model used GTI, and After having owned my 2005 VW GTI for over 9 years, I knew it was getting time to bite the bullet. I initially looked at a newer model used GTI, and went on a test drive with Brandon. He was totally cool, very helpful, but did not do the expected hard core pressure. Since that was the first day I really had shopped at all, I decided to give it some thought. Unfortunately, the next day my GTI crapped out, and after a $2000 repair, I decided on a 2014 Jetta TDI. I wanted a tornado red, manual transmission, blah, blah... At this point, Juliana Perberg started helping me. My situation was kinda weird, as I had a vacation planned and I didn't want to get my new car until I came back. She found the car I was looking for, kept in constant contact, and was great. After having not had a car payment for 6 years or so, I was feeling kinda apprehensive when I went to sign on the dotted line. Juliana was great, and then Paula Ciolino took over the paperwork. She was amazing. She was patient, and I left with a genuine feeling that Paula helped me select the right options, etc. She really helped minimize any "buyer's remorse." So, that being said, my new car has been great. At this point, I am very happy with my decision to go with Jennings. I shopped several other dealers, and none could compare to Jennings. Thanks! More
