Exceptional Experience This past Saturday, I purchased a new Tiguan for my daughter and was very appreciative of the great support provided by David Proux and Mike Fezatte. David is a true car enthusiast and demonstrated his knowledge and great customer service throughout the sales process. He was very helpful in explaining all of the new TIguan's features to me and my daughter during the test drive and as we were taking delivery of the vehicle. He patiently answered all of our questions to be sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving Jennnings. This was our second purchase from Jennings and have been very impressed with the sales, management and service team. Mike Fezatte was my initial point of contact and like David was great to work with and transparent throughout the pricing and financing process. Great and quick dealer experience I'm on my third VW at Jennings. It's always been a very good experience. My rep, Arpad Simo, was very knowledgeable, patient, and steered me to the car that was best for me. When I was finalizing a decision, Mike Fezatte, quickly and uniquely, laid out my options, allowing me to make a better decision, while keeping my monthly payment around the same as the last lease. While the car was being prepped, they worked so fast that I actually got it in time to get to my kid's soccer game. I never thought that would happen. So, instead of driving a boring and mushy handling Sonata, I've got a sleek CC which is fast, corners great, and scares the old ladies (as a bonus ;)). Take that Hyundai! More
