I was fortunate enough to drive up to the Jennings Volkswagon on 201 Waukegan Road and met with Arek Aneszko through a referral. Let me take a minute and tell you how amazingly supportive and kind Arek Aneszko was and still is today. He will answer all your questions to the best of his knowledge and give you the best advise and the most honest advise that is beneficial for you and your finances.He by far is the most patient person ive met and so very helpful that the day we had our first meet i knew i was going to write a review about his excellent client service even if i didnt buy the car. Good Job Arek you were phenomenal. Now the car i decided to go with was a 2014 Jetta SE in Tornado Red with all black interior. The drive is so smooth and the car functions beautifully. If you are looking for a handsome car that drives not crazy fast but can definitely make your presence known when you pull up next to any of the new cars in todays market a Wolkswagon Jetta SE is something i would recommend to any one, because it simply makes you feel good. Maybe some people LIKE buying new cars - I'm not one of them, so I approached the replacement of my beat up old Honda Element with serious trepidation Maybe some people LIKE buying new cars - I'm not one of them, so I approached the replacement of my beat up old Honda Element with serious trepidation. But the internet makes it easier for people like me to do research and consider options at length BEFORE we start visiting dealers, so actually venturing out to the dealer doesn't need to feel so overwhelming anymore. Then again, if I'd known Juliana Perberg was who I'd end up working with at Jennings, I could have skipped all the worrying and gone right there! From the moment we met her, Juliana was upbeat and engaging, answered questions, offered ideas... To be honest, she didn't SELL us anything - she helped us figure out the best set of features for our needs and our budget. All-in-all, it was an extremely pleasant experience - light years away from the stressful, high-pressure situations I've sometimes found myself in in the past. I also couldn't say enough nice things about Paula Ciolino, who worked hard with me to get everything together into a monthly payment that was right in the sweet spot for us financially. (Even if you have financing all lined up, let Paula take a look for you; she saved me a couple of interest points!). Everybody we worked with at Jennings to get this SportsWagen - including Keith Burns, their Internet Manager, who looked over all the info and pricing I'd collected up - were really great to work with. One Last Note: Once I picked out the VW SportWagen as the right vehicle for me, I immediately went to Jennings, as I took a 2004 Golf TDI to Jennings for service after the dealer I leased it from seemed less than competent to take care of it. The service guys at Jennings were absolutely FIRST RATE and I know they'll take great care of the SportWagen in the future. Though this is the first car I've actually purchased from Jennings, it's definitely the strength of the Service department there that got me in the door! More

It's that special sense of courtesy and trust the staff instills with each transaction that makes me keep coming back. This is was my fourth new car purchase from Jennings, and my first dealing with Arpad who greatly impressed me as a particularly patient and knowledgeable sales representative. These qualities really came through in his clear explanation of certain technical features that all makes and models of new cars are suddenly equipped with. I feel very fortunate to have such a consistently reliable dealership in our area. PERFECT experience buying a new GTI! From the time I stepped in the door at Jennings, I pretty much knew that I would be buying my car from them. David treated me like I was a part of his own family and was completely transparent about the entire buying process from the get go. Before even looking at any cars on the lot, David wanted to get to know me personally first in order to make the right recommendation on a vehicle for me. I came in knowing that I wanted either a Golf or a GTI, and after chatting with him for about 15 to 20 minutes, David and I both knew that I would be wanting a GTI. They had some fantastic deals on some 2013 and 2014 GTIs on the lot when I went there, but David suggested that I wait for the redesigned 2015 model. I am SO glad that I did that! During the time that I waited for the car to be officially launched, David told me to go around to other makes and try out what they have to offer. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy immediately from him, or his Sales Manager, Ken Lyon. They both were top notch people to work with. Even before I was a for sure sale, David and Ken welcomed me to the "Jennings Family" just from coming to look there. In all of my visits leading up to the sale after the initial contact, I really felt like I was part of the family. Its a truly special dealership over here that is completely unlike any other VW dealership or any other car dealership PERIOD! Once I knew for sure what I wanted, David worked tirelessly to secure the right trim and color for me on the GTI. After a few texts back and forth between David and I, he placed the order for my car, and kept me updated on the status of the order. It even came in about a week before he thought it would, and when I came in to pick it up, I was super impressed with what they offered me on my trade-in. Once it came time to sign on the dotted line and get the keys, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Paula. She really knows her stuff, and treated me like an actually person instead of just a sales figure trying to tack on extra "stuff". She explained the pros and cons of each additional feature that I was selecting (extended warranty, insurance on my rims/wheels) and was more than happy to price out my financing based on different loan periods until we found the right one for me. I am so happy to be a part of the Jennings family now and can't wait to stop by there just to let these amazing folks know how much I love my car! Thanks guys! More
