Even though we live 3 hours away from Glenview, because the price at Jennings was unbeatable and the communication with Arek was very smooth and helpful, we decided to buy our car there. The transaction went in a breeze: within several days of contacting Arek only by phone, the paperwork was ready when we picked up the beautiful car. The car we found was exactly as described by him on the phone. On the day of the purchase, Arek took us for a test drive and showed us the car's features in details, and was happy to answer all our questions and concerns. He was very professional and courteous and we absolutely recommend dealing with him if you're looking for a trustworthy and no non-sense transaction. The level they go to is definitely that of a luxury car dealership. Mike Fezatte whom I have worked with before was personable, honest and was very helpful in giving me a great deal. Arpad answered all of my questions and explained every explained everything about my new car to me. Jennings have a 30 day all around warranty of a used car, meaning if you find something that's broken or not in place, they will take care of it free of charge. They're also very nice about it. German followed up with me on a timely basis, asking if everything was OK with the car and if I'm satisfied with my purchase. I visited all of the other Volkswagen dealerships in the Chicago area, but Jennings provided me with the best price and customer service. Thumbs up! More

Most of the online sales team at other dealers were disorganized (several people calling repeatedly from the same dealer, spamming us with stock emails and never really answering our questions) and the in-person experiences left us feeling really pressured to buy, but we didn't feel like anyone was willing to work with us on the price. From the moment we contacted Jennings VA online, the experience was terrific! We worked with Keith (The internet Sales Manager) to find the right price on leasing a Tiguan SE - he was helpful, friendly, responsive and very transparent with all the information we requested. Once we found the car we wanted at the right price, Juliana was super helpful in helping us get our paperwork in order before we arrived. We live in the city, and they even held the car for until we could come out on the weekend to pick it up. As expected based on our phone calls and emails, the onsite experience was just as good. Juliana walked us through the car and our credit application - and when we were ready to pull the trigger, Mike took the time to explain every detail of the contract. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend the team at Jennings VW! More
