They did an excellent job of making me feel that my business was valued and appreciated. General Sales Manager Ken Lyon went out of his way after the sale was completed to ensure my satisfaction and address any remaining concerns I had. I've purchased half a dozen new cars over my lifetime and this was easily my best car buying experience ever. Most importantly, I’m very pleased with the price I paid for my 2015 GTI (I got a great deal!!!). Jennings VW deserves my highest recommendation. I give it without any reservations. More

A person can usually tell if employees are happy when you talk to them and I definitely got that feeling. Armando Mariscal (my sales associate) was knowlegeable, attentive and patient (especially since it took me 6 weeks to decide to move forward with my purchase)...he was never pushy but was there to answer any of my questions. Mike Fezatte (the finance associate) handled all the paperwork with the finesse of a Vegas blackjack dealer...maybe not the comparison he'd prefer but....he has a great sense of humor. I was asked to profer a review if I felt I had a positive experience and...normally I would pass but...the whole process was actually a delight with these guys...so I couldn't help passing along my best wishes to the whole Jennings team and fivethem my personal 5 star rating....thanks guys....!! Such a great experience I want to do it again! I took my used Jetta into Jennings last week for a routine oil change and left with a new leased beetle - the car of my dreams! I cannot begin to express how amazing this experience was! What started as another monotonous experience at the dealership turned into a new begining for me! I was referred to David when I curiously inquired about trading my beloved Jetta. David was honest, educational, and understanding. He took time to teach me about my options and not try and push me toward a decision! Mike was brought in to talk finances - a scary subject in itself- which turned out to be more helpful than frightening. Mike was genuine, efficient, and worked hard to work a lease that I could afford! My parents loved the experience as well, and love even more that they don't have to worry about me when I drive, because we were taken care of so well. It was such a blessing to meet these gentlemen and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time! I could write on and on but you really just have to go in and experience it yourself. More

This is the third car we have gotten at Jennings and we have had nothing but friendly, courteous and knowledgable sales people. Arek found out what we wanted, looked for the car because you did not have it and when that car was not available anywhere leased us one that had a bit more for what we thought was a fair price. He was very helpful and knowledgeable he never rushed us or made us feel like he was in a hurry (even though they were about to close). Went on a test drive and ended up buying a car!
