Rolling in my new Jetta! I have been looking into Volkswagen for a few years. When the time was finally right I leased a 2016 Jetta with Juliana. I have not purchase a car in about 15 years so this was a little scary for me. Juliana was so nice and patient. She made me feel like she had my best interest at heart when picking out the right trim level of Jetta for me. Mike did a fantastic job getting me to the payment that was in my budget. Not only did I get a fantastic deal on the new car but Amir gave me a very fair price for my trade in. The entire staff at Jennings is so warm and friendly, they really made me feel like family. It is understandable how they are #1 in Illinois. Juliana did a great job explaining all the features on the Jetta and even connected my phone to the bluetooth! Juliana really knows her stuff. I love my Jetta so much, I cant get over how peppy it is! Thank you so much again for making this a amazing experience for me. I will recommend to everyone who is in the market for a car to go see Juliana at Jennings. She is the best. More

Best car experience ever....!! I gave this dealership 5 stars because buying a car is typically the worst experience possible. No bickering on price, no surprises, complete integrity. To the point where they wouldn't except a cash offer on my car because someone else was coming to look at it first. That alone told me this is where I wanted to buy. They seemlessly got me the car of my dreams and shipped it to me clear across the country to Oregon. Thank you so much guys....A+ gentlemen A+. More
